This is a fantastic property at the heart of Notting Hill. The Portabello market is a few minutes away and the Notting Hill Gate tube station is also walkable. There is a charm about the entire property which made me feel like I was staying in a home rather than a hotel. The staff are friendly and always available for any requests. The breakfast spread is very good and there is also a bar/coffee area to lounge and/or work. I was able to experience living in central London with comfort and value for money. Overall, I would highly recommend this for solo travelers/couples and will definitely stay here again.

Fab night staying at Sian’s B&B. Really thorough communication for how to access the room. Lovely comfortable bed and view out over the garden. Breakfast was great and wonderful staff who were friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Stayed here for a conference at the Excel and it did not disappoint. Lovely place, close by, clean, safe, and easy to get to. Would definitely stay again.

Clean , comfortable apartments in good location

Booked due to close proximity to the 02 and a very reasonable price. We arrived at 11.50pm just before the pub shut due to transport delays however Terry/staff were quick to confirm this was ok. We walked from the 02 (35 mins) this was quicker than getting a taxi due to gridlock On arrival we were offered a tray of tea brought to our room. Room was spotless as was the shared bathroom. Slept really well and no noise. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board available and a small kitchenette. Upon leaving a staff member let us out and we walked back to Greenwich station. Great location and all staff were lovely. Gutted to have missed the secret act. Will definitely recommend and book again.

Absolutely lovely stay here! It was perfect for our short getaway - cozy space, very close to restaurants, and right next to the bus stop. Complimentary tea and coffee in the room! Also appreciated the discounted breakfast at Original Maids of Honour - their food and tea is amazing.

Unforgettable London Penthouse! My stay at Penthouse #702 was perfect. Marina, the host, provided fantastic communication and a smooth check-in. The apartment was beautifully decorated with every amenity, including a convenient washer. The large glass doors brought in abundant natural light. The balcony was the highlight – a private oasis with stunning London views for morning coffee and evening city lights. Marina was a truly wonderful, responsive host, offering great local recommendations and making me feel at home. The location was ideal, offering easy access to attractions yet feeling like a peaceful retreat. Highly recommend for an unforgettable London experience with a spectacular deck and outstanding host. A very comfortable stay in an absolutely stunning setting. We very much appreciated Victoria's hospitality and excellent breakfasts in the sunny garden. Thanks to the unusually warm weather the outdoor pool was still open for use - an excellent facility if you're a proper swimmer. Refreshing swims and the separate pool changing and shower room really added to our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at jaques’s place! The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for . The location was perfect, with easy access to my office nearby bus stopes and tube station. Very near to tesco primark and other shopping centers and restaurants especially south Indian restaurants. He was a wonderful host very responsive, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again for a great experience!

Took my mum for a belated Mother’s Day trip and couldn’t be happier with the place! The most beautiful views, lovely clean rooms and to top it off the most friendly host Victoria. We lucked out with the weather so the pool was an amazing addition, definitely wish we did more than 1 night! 10/10

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean. The walls are a little thin as we could hear snoring. We felt safe in the area and was only 11 mins walk to Golders Green station. Would love to stay here again!

It was peaceful, safe and comfortable to be in Jose's house. A clean and tidy house, a garden with birdsong, a bright and safe room. Jose is very hospitable and does his best to help you. See you soon, it was a nice experience.

Everything looked clean and perfect. But restaurant is too bad. There wasn’t even a menu card to choose. Just a poster with 2-3 options. Has a pool table, it’s fun. Shared bathrooms but always free and clean to the standards. It’s not a BYOB place but who cares 🤣

Thank you for hosting me and my friend! The bed was lovely and comfortable and we both slept fairly well for two people who struggle to fall asleep! The location for attending a gig at The Garage is perfect not far to walk at all. The stairs down to the property are a bit scary because you can only fit half of your foot on them so we ended up going down them sideways. You definitely won't be too cold as Iole likes her place to be warm so it was lovely after being in the cold December weather! It was very homey and Iole made us feel very comfortable and welcome. We definitely would stay here again in the future as it is as advertised and lovely and quiet!

Gabby has a beautiful home, everything exactly as described. Very quiet but close to everything you need. We had a great weekend in London and enjoyed staying here.

Groovy apartment to stay in a nice neighbourhood. Short walk to shops, cafes and tube. Full of art! Comfy for 3 people (not sure how any more would go).
