I visited Jenny and Sam’s place with my 2 teenage sons and we’ve all had the best week ever! We can’t thank Jenny and her family enough for sharing their lovely home with us. The house was beautiful, really felt like home and Jenny was a fantastic host, who kept in touch all the time. The pool and garden were a real treat and the location was perfect with easy access to so many great places. We all agreed that we’d love to stay there again and would 100% recommend this fabulous place and lovely hosts. Thank you again for the best summer holiday from us all, Amelia and family😊👍❤️

Ann’s house was exactly what we were looking for and we had a wonderful stay and felt very much at home. Everything was easy to find and use and the house had all the amenities we needed for a family of 5. The neighborhood was lovely and we loved walking around.

I loved my stay. I was only on a short work trip but I will definitely be back for longer next time. If you stay anywhere in West London, I would highly recommend you stay here! Great location too, just a short hop to Central London. It’s a real home away from home with a personal family feel but exceptionally clean, organised and beautifully designed. It has all the mod cons. I loved the hot water boiling tap in the kitchen and the sliding doors in the kitchen that open out completely to the garden. And there’s lots of toys, games and books for the kids so you don’t have to pack any. The highlight of my trip, was their lovely cat Rio. 😻 My son wanted to take him home ! He’s so gorgeous and super friendly. He made us feel right at home! Thanks for everything, I hope to come back very soon 🤞🏼

South rectory is an amazing place to stay. It’s hidden behind gates and an impressive drive. It feels very grand and country estate but is really close to motorways and Brentwood.. We spent more than a month there waiting for a house sale and loved it.. The owners were very friendly and responsive and even let my dogs out for me each day which was soo helpful.. I would recommend and go back x

We had a fabulous week in this beautiful home. The house is perfect, we couldn’t have wished for better. The garden was like an oasis, so quiet, it was hard to believe we were in London. We would sit outside for a morning coffee before meeting our little granddaughter for the day, then recharge our batteries in the evening, with a beer in the garden. The garden is beautiful. We loved having coffee and brunch at flotsam and Jetsam at Dulwich Picture Gallery, about a thirty minute stroll from the rental. For us, the location was perfect, the house was perfect and we would definitely like to stay there again. Bonus points for the quality towels and parking on the property. Loved every minute of our stay.

Joseph is an amazingly responsive and gracious host—he permitted early check in, provided excellent local suggestions and always answered questions quickly and thoroughly. His place is incredible. The location is in a quiet area near the park and a school but only blocks from the buzz of Upper Street with its cafes, shops and restaurants. It is beautifully decorated in a chic but still comfy way—Wood flooring, warm colors, plants, books. It has elegant styling and very cool automated features with automated lights and blinds, etc. that are quite easy to use. Additional shades and shutters allowed us to darken sleeping areas reasonably well. The kitchen appliances are very modern and easy to use. Joseph is quite thoughtful and even left some nespresso pods (yay), dishwasher pods, laundry pods—thank you! The sofa bed was reasonably comfortable and the regular bed and pillows were excellent. Access to the garden is a wonderful perk. Excellent Airbnb—do not hesitate to book!

Glyn’s house was just as the listing said. It was very comfortable and perfect for our family with 4 children. Even with 4 little ones it was within easy walking distance to both train station and bus stops. Glyn was friendly and helpful and gave some great suggestions on things our children would enjoy doing in London. I’d stay here again.

What a lovely place and location. The house was emaculate clean and well-equipped. It's so well-built and insulated in fact that it was quite warm upstairs. Had to leave all the windows open overnight. Good workout going up and down the stairs of this mews. The back yard was a wall of green which was incredibly relaxing to look at. Would definitely return and recommend.

Great location close to Clapham Common. We did not use the wet room, but the bath was fine. The stairs to the top room are very narrow. Paul warned us about construction and left us a bottle of wine, which was nice. We were not too bothered by it. We contacted Paul about the microwave, which wasn't working, and he replaced it within 24 hours. Generally a good experience.

We had a great stay at Tammy’s to celebrate our friends’ wedding in Greenwich! The house was the perfect space for our group, easily accessible to public transit or walkable, and clean and well stocked. Tammy was a friendly, gracious, accommodating, and proactive host.

We can’t say thank you enough to Hamish and his family for letting us stay in their beautiful home. Area was quiet and close to a park that my daughter and I loved walking to.

Myself, hubby and son stayed here for the London Marathon 2025 and we loved it! Beautifully clean and presented. Very comfy to relax in. Great access to DLR and bus stops, with ExCel within walking distance. Very close to supermarkets to stock up on essentials. Would highly recommend!

This is one of the best Air Bnb’s we have ever stayed in. It felt like our own London home. The decor is amazing and it was very spacious and comfortable for our family of five. Loved being in a more residential area after our days of exploring busy London! We hope to be back someday! I could not recommend this place more!

Stayed with some friends and this was exactly what we needed, a homely house to relax in the evening. Chris was super responsive and friendly and their cats were delightful. Really lovely neighbourhood. I’d definitely stay there again!

An absolutely stunning house, beautifully presented in a great location. Jocelyn was a great host, going the extra mile to ensure we had a wonderful weekend with our family.

The place is really great. It's a wonderful house and it's near Hilly Fields. The cat, Nissim, is easy to look after and there is everything you need in the house. Also, Toni was very responsive and helpful. Easily one of the best places we stayed in.

Book it! Just got back after participating in the 2025 London Marathon. House...amazing, simply lovely 😃 Host (Catherine) way way way beyond amazing. Honestly feels like we've known her for years now, despite having just met...a truly wonderful person and more pleasant and helpful than you could possibly wish for !! locality is spot on, right off Blackheath centre but really peaceful. Mulling over? Book it!!

Maria’s place was a lovely base for our visit to London. If you are running the marathon it is an easy journey to the start line in Blackheath. Very cute and comfortable house with everything you need and conveniently located to trains and shops. Lovely coffee shop on the walk to the train station and make sure you try some of the local jollof. Luby the cat was an angel and the local cat gang was the highlight of our trip. Thank you Maria and Brian!

Hosts were great to communicate with and were very responsive, with any issues or questions. They were also flexible with our check ins as they accommodated our requests to change the check in date. Great location, within easy reach of central london but also locally within reach to Forest hill and East Dulwich. The place is great value for the location and the space offered.

We were lucky to stay at this lovely place second time and this is the best recommendation !!! We are travelling a lot and it is the first Air B&B we wanted to stay again, because everything works for us, house is clean, spacious and well organised, highly recommend!!!

Totally brilliant stay and Matthew is a super-helpful and generous host. Would 100 per cent recommend. My wife, myself and one of our daughters were down for the London Marathon - and Matthew’s place was just perfect for us. Very quiet street, slept brilliantly, lots of space in the house, lovely garden, well equipped kitchen and just a short walk down to the shops, bars and cafes at Crystal Palace triangle. We booked with Matthew at the last minute after our previous host cancelled - and we’re really grateful to him for coming to our rescue! Thank you Matthew!
