Self Contained EnSuite Double bedroom

The property is an annexe to our house and has it's own separate entrance. Our house is situated next to a park and the side window from the bedroom overlooks the park. We have our own private driveway of 100 metres long from the street and off street parking is available. Very quiet green and leafy area and the house is well hidden away. Transport links are very good from our local station Tulse Hill about 7 minutes walk away.15 minutes to London Bridge or take a bus to Brixton underground.

Entire Chic & Cosy Studio good Transport links

This chick studio has been recently built and nicely furnished to a high standard. Guest will have access to the entire studio and full privacy with independent entrance, well equipped kitchen with all appliances and a private bathroom. Located at the back of a long garden, this secluded little, architect designed cabin is fully insulated, with a comfortable king size pull down bed and an en suite shower room. Equipped with a microwave and a kettle, basic meals can be prepared and enjoyed at the table, or on the sofa.
