Ann’s house was exactly what we were looking for and we had a wonderful stay and felt very much at home. Everything was easy to find and use and the house had all the amenities we needed for a family of 5. The neighborhood was lovely and we loved walking around.

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

We had a fabulous week in this beautiful home. The house is perfect, we couldn’t have wished for better. The garden was like an oasis, so quiet, it was hard to believe we were in London. We would sit outside for a morning coffee before meeting our little granddaughter for the day, then recharge our batteries in the evening, with a beer in the garden. The garden is beautiful. We loved having coffee and brunch at flotsam and Jetsam at Dulwich Picture Gallery, about a thirty minute stroll from the rental. For us, the location was perfect, the house was perfect and we would definitely like to stay there again. Bonus points for the quality towels and parking on the property. Loved every minute of our stay.

Our stay was exceptionally great. The train station is close which made our movements easy. The place was very clean. There was easy access to food and groceries. Chioma was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to check in earlier than the scheduled time and leave just as easy. Overall the experience was great and I highly recommend.

We had an extremely pleasant time during our stay. While booking I didn’t realize that there was no cooking range at the accomodation . We wanted some eggs for breakfast, Miles was extremely helpful. He made some mouth watering scrambled eggs for us. Thank you Miles for that.. really appreciate it . The surrounding place is extremely peaceful and scenic. I highly recommend staying at the place if you are in EG

We had a mini holiday here with our 3 year old grandson and the lodge was perfect for us. The location was peaceful and safe for a toddler but within easy reach of Guildford and the many things to do in Surrey. The lodge was easy to find and has a dedicated free parking space next to the front door. It was very clean and tidy and exactly as described. We appreciated the easy flexible access so that we could get straight in when we arrived. The owner was extremely helpful giving us useful information and answering questions before our stay. I would certainly stay at the lodge again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

What a fantastic place to stay! The house is lovely and furnished to a high standard. The views are incredible, and its been great to watch deer, foxes, rabbits and horses in the field behind the house. Andrew is the perfect host, so welcoming and going out of his way to make our stay the best it can be. Always available if we needed him, but totally respecting our privacy. We would highly recommend both Deepwell and Andrew. We have had an amazing 4 months while our house was being renovated and we're going to miss the Deepwell gang!

Ideal for families visiting London. The house was clean and comfortable. The nearby railway station has direct trains to London Victoria and London Bridge, which is very convenient. Communication with the host, Sofia, was smooth. Overall, I would highly recommend this airbnb.

What a lovely place and location. The house was emaculate clean and well-equipped. It's so well-built and insulated in fact that it was quite warm upstairs. Had to leave all the windows open overnight. Good workout going up and down the stairs of this mews. The back yard was a wall of green which was incredibly relaxing to look at. Would definitely return and recommend.

We can’t say thank you enough to Hamish and his family for letting us stay in their beautiful home. Area was quiet and close to a park that my daughter and I loved walking to.

Stayed a week with my family in Sarah’s house feeling cozy, which is clean and has a nice decoration. The location is convenient, just a walk distance to station and cafes nearby.

Linda is a great host. She responds to messages quickly and her home is clean, comfortable, welcoming and beautiful. The property is great. A home away from home. The property had equipment for babies and toddlers which meant I didn’t have to travel with lots of stuff. Linda checked we were happy and was available if we needed support. It came across that she really cared about our stay.

Lovely location the host was very responsive and accommodating to us having a baby would definitely stay here again. It’s a beautiful place.

We stay at Christos' place for a month while we had some work done on our place. Chraitos couldnt have been more accomodating and flexible for us as deadlines changed with the work at our place. He was our saving grace during this time, even allowing us to have our cat there with us too. Communication was always prompt and extremly helpful. The flat itself was perfect for what we needed, just lovely. Great location..(so many great place to eat and drink), a parking space up the rd which was perfect for me,and fast internet for my husband wfh. Everything was great!

Its a whole property, with parking and walking distance to a tube stations, shops and pubs. Irene was great as we messaged back and forth with questions before and during our stay. The biscuits left for us was a lovely touch!

Joseph is an amazingly responsive and gracious host—he permitted early check in, provided excellent local suggestions and always answered questions quickly and thoroughly. His place is incredible. The location is in a quiet area near the park and a school but only blocks from the buzz of Upper Street with its cafes, shops and restaurants. It is beautifully decorated in a chic but still comfy way—Wood flooring, warm colors, plants, books. It has elegant styling and very cool automated features with automated lights and blinds, etc. that are quite easy to use. Additional shades and shutters allowed us to darken sleeping areas reasonably well. The kitchen appliances are very modern and easy to use. Joseph is quite thoughtful and even left some nespresso pods (yay), dishwasher pods, laundry pods—thank you! The sofa bed was reasonably comfortable and the regular bed and pillows were excellent. Access to the garden is a wonderful perk. Excellent Airbnb—do not hesitate to book!

Dave is a lovely host. He prepared a welcome treat. Very communicative and supportive. Easy to reach in case of a question. Everything was as explained and what I needed for a comfortable stay. The house was nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped (s pity I did not have time for cooking). It was in walking distance to the station, bus, supermarkets, shopping and restaurants as well as to the Thames and park. Thank you! I would book that again.

I cannot say enough positive things about Natalie’s Airbnb. From the lovely surroundings across from a sheep farm with brand new lambs running around to the lovely exterior and interior with a beautiful color scheme to the perfect cleanliness and every amenity you could possibly need. Natalie is the perfect hostess. We departed feeling like we had found new friends, Natalie and Simon. We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years and The Meadows is definitely our favorite ❣️ Thank you again, Natalie and Simon, and we hope to see you in Oxted/Tandridge again in the future. xo

What a fabulous couple of days we have had at Aimee's place! Aimee was wonderful to deal with, answering any questions in super quick time and so very friendly on meeting us. Such a unique place to stay - absolutely love the way Aimee has done her beautiful home up - we felt so comfy and so enjoyed the boat trips, visits from the gorgeous geese and swans, cats and meeting lovely Bob next door. We felt gutted that we only had a couple of days of our trip left - as would have loved to stay longer and explore more of the area. How lucky are we that Aimee shares her adorable place with us!!! Wow. Staying at Taylour House was like stepping back in time - in the best possible way. The house is steeped in history and beautifully preserved, full of character and charm. It felt like staying in a living museum, but with all the modern comforts thoughtfully in place. Caroline, the host, was absolutely wonderful - friendly, welcoming, and incredibly flexible, which made the whole experience relaxed and easy. The house was spotless, extremely well equipped, and exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Edenbridge, with a great pub directly opposite that serves top-notch Sunday roasts. A rare bonus was having off-street parking for two cars - a real luxury for a town centre property. Taylour House is a gem. Full of history, excellent value, and hosted with genuine warmth - we’d love to come back.

I really enjoyed my stay in this cozy studio, it has everything needed for comfortable living. The area is quiet and there is a convenient parking space. Nearby, there's a street with shops and various services, and it's just a few minutes walk to Cheam station, from where you can reach Central London in about 30 minutes. The host is very kind and responsive, always available and ready to help. Thank you very much!

Had a great stay at Zoe’s place. She was great at communication and the place felt very cosy and homely. Loved the area too with lots of cafes nearby. Would definitely stay again. Thanks so much Zoe

On walking through the cheerful blue door into a very welcoming lounge, then through to the kitchen and dining area, the house is so beautifully presented. The lovely yard is perfect for sitting outside in the sun, and the garden is very well presented. The bedrooms are well appointed with a wardrobe in one and hangers on the wall in the other, and even a tv in each. A very comfortable bed with nice soft linen made for a good sleep. An ensuite in each bedroom is very much appreciated, with complimentary toiletries. The basement has a washer and dryer, making it easy to keep up with the laundry. Dorking is a delightful town, with plenty old style pubs. The two stations are within easy walking distance and have good connections to London. The nearby Denbies winery is worth a visit and makes a nice backdrop to the town. My sister and I had a lovely week here and were sorry to leave. We both highly recommend this house for a short or long stay.
