Ferns place was exactly as described, extremely homely and comfortable. The location was perfect. With bus and train station very close by it met all our needs. What a gorgeous house for a group weekend away! We had about 10 of us in this space for a weekend in London and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Debbie was a superb host and with recent hot weather in London managed to get an AC installed before our stay! This was a game changer in the kitchen for a big group like ours, and the upstairs AC kept it nice and cool on the top floor with the heat wave. Debbie is so friendly and lovely and does whatever she can to make your stay perfect. 10/10 recommend!

we had the most wonderful time staying at Sally's lovely home! we were at group of five ladies, all related on a girls trip! the house was spotless and the garden so peaceful and lovely. great location and just around the corner were lots of shops and restaurants! fairly easy to get to central London with the bus and tube, although we mostly ubered! Sally was always quick to answer any questions we had! i highly recommend her place!!

Julie,s place is great for a short break. It does have a lot of personal items in, which wasn’t an issue for us. A couple of the beds were doubles but not really suitable if you are a larger size person. Check in and out was easy. Overall would recommend

We had a great stay over and Sam was an excellent host in our stopover in London over New Years’. He was extremely responsive before and during our stay; proactive in letting us know about little quirks with the home - it is over 250 year’s old, but has many charming and modern amenities to make it work. The kitchen was well set up and he left us with a few very thoughtful provisions to get through the New Years. The neighborhood really can’t be beat for activity while staying out of the bustle of the heart of London; many great restaurants, shops (if you have kids, I recommend Flying Tiger throughout Europe for fun stuff - one is an 8 minute walk away), and groceries. Transportation is right outside the door. Sam’s home made an excellent home base for our stay in London, much better than staying in a hotel.

Homely abode with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Cristiana was also very flexible with the checkout timing. Location was a little outside the main centre of London, but well served by transport options that most places of interest was about 30-40mins away. Walkable to Greenwich and there is a large Tesco's nearby.

Mike’s townhouse in Primrose Hill was a fantastic home away from home. There are plenty of lovely shops and nice restaurants within walking distance and Camden Market was fun area to explore. The house is bright and very stylish and we loved it absolutely and will definitely come back. Thank you for hosting us

Wow, what a lovely central spacious flat. I’m so happy I booked to stay at Marco’s. Definitely book it if it’s available. Pros: spacious, great location, comfy, tons of natural light. Cons: none.

We’ve spent a lot of time in Airbnbs in London and this was by far the quietest and most peaceful place we’ve ever stayed at. It’s on a private and secluded mews with views into the leafy backyards of houses on the adjoining street. The place was on the smaller side, but wonderfully appointed so it didn’t feel too small. The location was a perfect launchpad to north London, we enjoyed many local parks and walks along regents canal. Yaseen was as an incredibly kind and responsive host. We would definitely return again.

Kerim's and Luka's home is lovely and peaceful. Although in the middle of the city one has the feeling of being in a country house. On all three levels the view from the big windows is onto a quiet, romantic square which consists of beautiful, old trees. It's wonderful waking up to the sound of singing birds, then opening the shades and staring into the deep green of tree tops. Kerim is very particular about how you open and close the windows as well as the entrance door. Have no fear, it is quite simple and there is nothing unique about them. Kerim is particular because he loves his home and wants to make sure things are done the way he does them. So please take extra care. The kitchen is well equipt if you desire to prepare your own meals. Just a stone's throw away are restaurants, a pharmacy, bakeries, a supermarket, a wonderful flower shop with beautiful arrangements, which I could not resist :-) and other interesting little shops. This is a special place to stay. The home is just beautiful, and the owner(s) are clearly artists. Everything was so comfortable and felt like we had been transported into the life of a very cool family in a very cool neighborhood. London fields is right by the house, with a lido that our daughter used to swim, and great running options. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay here more!

A beautiful home and garden oasis, spacious and comfortable. Very close to transport, very easy to get everywhere. Plenty to explore in walking distance too. Would highly recommend

This place is absolutely wonderful. Almost better than the pictures :) Beautiful house in East London close to Victoria park and areas like Dalston, Hackney and Shoreditch. The tube is close, so you can easily get around greater London too. Jonathan and Matt are very helpful and flexible with everything. They gave us loads of really great tips about restaurants, bars and things to do. 10/10, would definitive stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful townhouse in Kensington. It’s conveniently located near Earl’s Court Tube station, Kensington High Street, and great restaurants and shops. The charming and quiet neighborhood made for a relaxing retreat after exploring London. The spacious, clean, and stylishly decorated townhouse had a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and multiple bathrooms. Vincenzo, our host, provided clear instructions and was responsive to our questions. The check-in process was smooth, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. This townhouse was the perfect base for our London adventure. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city.

Thank you Sabreena for a wonderful stay. You were very communicative and helpful and it is a beautiful house. We particularly enjoyed having a morning brew in the garden. It was well stocked with things in the pantry (e.g. varieties of tea and a coffee machine), nice towels and bedding, and other useful things like shampoos and and an iron. A really brilliant AirBnB and we would have loved to stay longer.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The place was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that the hosts take great pride in maintaining their property. The location is fantastic—perfectly situated near wonderful restaurants, local shops, and attractions. The house is in a great location, a 10 min walk to both Richmond Station and Richmond Park and under 5 min to the river and the high street. Elena was a great host, she offered very clear instructions proactively, e.g. regarding the peculiarities of heating and hot water (which don't work simultaneously). For people with reduced mobility, it's worth noting that the bedrooms are on the second floor. The beds are really comfy!!

Sean’s place was exactly as described! The place was pristine, clean and very well equipped. Sean was an amazing and very communicative host. This was especially given how I had to receive an emergency parcel and he was extremely accommodating. The location is a tad bit far for central london but very accessible with bus stations being a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay while in london.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Jessie's home. Jessie's communication from initial booking all the way through to the end of our stay was excellent, with clear instructions provided and recommendations for local things to do (activities / bars / restaurants). The home was as described / advertised and was perfect for our stay. There are multiple supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance and there are train stations close by which will take you direct to Waterloo station in the centre of London or to Kingston / Richmond / Windsor etc. I would 100% recommend Jessie as a host and would stay here again when next in London.
