Valentina’s place is cute and quiet and well located for me to visit a friend in London. Valentina and her husband were helpful and responsive. Nice little touches like milk in the fridge and some snacks were very thoughtful. It was also nice and warm on a chilly weekend. I enjoyed my stay very much.

We enjoyed our 12 day stay at Linda's. We were well prepared in advance, and everything involved in getting checked in went very smoothly. We were very comfortable and slept well. Linda and her husband were friendly and helped us get oriented locally. The kitchen worked out extremely well for us to prepare most of our meals, and that helped us with some dietary issues. We would highly recommend Linda's place. It is a great balance between a quiet country place, yet close to shopping and restaurants in Cobham and Esher. We hope to be back again!

Molly and Alex were excellent hosts. Always helpful and easy to communicate with. We really loved staying in this beautiful eco lodge. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was powerful. Molly is such a talented gardener and her planting is gorgeous. I loved sitting outside with my coffee in the mornings. As well as being so close to Beckenham place park!

We had a very enjoyable stay in Fiona’s residence. The property itself looks exactly like the pictures and was situated on a lovely, quiet street whilst still being situated at a nice proximity from the tube and livelier surrounding restaurants and stores. We were provided with all of the necessary amenities and we slept well on the very comfortable beds. Fiona was also a very communicative host, providing us with plenty of information about the area whilst the option for remote check-in and check-out aligned well with our schedules. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and would come back again. Thank you!

We feel so fortunate that Amelia's place was available when we had to make a last-minute reservation! Our favorite thing about her place is that it is QUIET and PEACEFUL; at the same time, it is in a beautiful residential neighborhood near parks and within walking distance of local restaurants, pubs, and cafes, as well as easy access to public transport throughout the Greater London area. Amelia communicated with us clearly, promptly, and in a friendly manner. Highly recommended, and I would definitely book her place again.

One of my most memorable stays in London! I spent a week at Ramona’s place in Brent Cross and absolutely loved it. The property was small, cute, and cozy—perfect for a peaceful and restful stay. It was spotless, incredibly quiet, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept like a baby every night. What made it even better was the location. It’s literally right opposite Brent Cross Tube Station, making access to central London quick and super convenient. Whether you’re exploring the city or just looking for a quiet retreat to relax, this place is ideal. Ramona was a wonderful host, and I’d definitely love to stay here again!

The studio is fresh, bright, and clean, has a small window to let in air and another that lets in more light. The bed is cozy and comfortable, with a duvet to tuck under. This is an especially nice neighborhood with lots of great cafes and restaurants. As the website explained and other guests confirmed, the apartment is very small and food preparation is limited to making tea or instant coffee or things like yogurt that can be kept in the little refrigerator. Natasha is lovely and very helpful and responsive. For this part of London, the price can’t be beat, and for my purposes it was ideal.

Stayed at Kirk’s place before the London Marathon. Great walking distance to two train stations, in a lovely neighbourhood. Kirk was really friendly and accommodating which was greatly appreciated. The place was great, really clean and tidy, lovely space that had everything we needed . Loads of local food options. Excellent value for money! Cannot fault at all!

The Island House is a beautiful, comfortable oasis surrounded by green space and with views of a branch of the Thames. It is private, quiet and light-filled, affording a view of the diverse birds in the trees and passing swans on the river, while also within 8 minutes drive of Hampton train station with easy links to central London. There are cute pubs and restaurants in the local town (about 15-20 min walk or 2 min drive) and nearby towns, and expansive Bushy Park and Hampton Court are just 15 minutes drive. If you don't fancy a walk and don't have a car, but want a quiet weekend away without cooking - many local restaurants and grocery stores deliver to the location. Lisa is friendly and responsive and welcomed me with coffee, tea, fresh bread, milk, butter and fresh pressed juice. Staying at the Island House was such a treat; exactly the restful spot I was looking for while in the greater London area. Thank you Lisa!

We stayed at The Snug for 11 weeks while we were house hunting. It suited our needs perfectly, and the accommodation was ideal for two of us and our small dog. The location is ideal for proximity to Woking staton and access to London, whilst also being close to the Surrey Hills and Horsell Common. Paul was the perfect host and we highly recommend The Snug as a perfect hideaway. Thank you Paul.

A perfect place for us coming to see family. Brilliant location in a beautiful area, great for walks, Harry Potter studios, tube into London, close to multiple town centres and lovely pubs very near by.

We (a family of four) had a fantastic stay at Sharon’s place - we already knew the area was fantastic - green and villagey with great transport options to the city, and the space was just right for us. Sharon is a super nice and helpful host - and Otto, the family dog, a cute bonus (he’s tiny and sweet and friendly). Thank you for everything!

Great cottage with all amenities we could hope for. Very comfortable beds and power showers. We will definitely return when visiting locally.

What can we say. We were going to a family wedding so it was my 79 year old Mum, 2 young adults and myself. The bungalow had everything we could possibly need. So clean, tidy and loads of extras you wouldn't normally expect. We stayed on the hottest day of the year so far and there were fans for the bedrooms and a small cooling unit in the lounge. All I can say is that I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anybody. We briefly met Sandra too and she was so friendly showing concern for my Mum who did struggle with the steps up from the front of the property. This is the only thing that I didn't think about when booking as I was looking at all the other pictures, but we managed and I know we were all very happy with everything thing else. 10 out of 10!!

Had a wonderful stay. Simon was very helpful and met us upon arrival to show us around. Private and peaceful with a little terrace that was lovely both morning and evening. Simon checked in by message to make sure we were good and stopped in at the end to make sure we had enough time.

I had the most amazing stay at The Coachhouse, everything was absolutely perfect! I’ve never been in such a gorgeous house in London. It was spotless, beautifully designed, and full of natural light. The private garden was a real highlight, complete with a BBQ and lovely outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing or dining outside. The host was absolutely fantastic, incredibly welcoming and helpful. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Lorraine is one of the nicest people you will meet! She couldn’t do more for us, super accommodating and very responsive. The bbq was playing up so a new one was ordered and set up on the day! The grounds are beautiful. The cabin is lovely, clean and cosy with great comfortable beds and amenities all provided. We were especially surprised with how big and deep the pool was! Phone signal and WiFi not the strongest, but that wouldn’t stop me recommending this place to everyone ☺️ Thank you Lorraine and Kenny xx

We had such a lovely month staying in the studio at Andrew’s – it really felt like being welcomed into a friend’s home. Andrew is the most kind, caring and generous host we’ve ever met, and he made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Finding a bottle of wine and a beautiful arrangement of flowers freshly picked from the garden waiting for us was such a warm and personal touch – it set the tone for a really relaxing and special stay. The studio itself is cosy, comfortable and tastefully put together. Colin and Annabel, the two most adorable dogs, were a real highlight – they came to say hello every day and always brought a smile to our faces. The garden is stunning , with open views across the hills and full of flowers in bloom. Sitting outside on sunny days, looking out over the hills, playing with the lovely dogs was such a peaceful and happy part of our time there. All in all, a truly memorable stay – thank you so much, Andrew. We already miss you all! Phil & Naoko xx
