Welcome to our hip studio apartment located on the first floor of our beach bungalow in beautiful Long Beach by the sea. In just a few steps to the ocean, you can enjoy complimentary beach passes (required from Memorial Day to Labor Day). The studio has a private entrance. It is equipped with a Queen-sized bed, couch and smart TV (with Netflix), kitchen, bathroom, and dining table. The neighborhood is residential. Close to restaurants, grocery store and boardwalk! Off street parking available.

Newly renovated private suite located in the basement with private entrance and bathroom. King size bed can accommodate 2 people. Smart light fixtures and Electric sofa recliner for extra comfort. Close to Northwell hospital and 20 mins by foot to LIRR train station. 10 minutes driving to all supermarkets, shops, library and Stepping Stone Park. Host is highly allergic to cats and dogs.
