3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with large private outdoor patio space with gas BBQ / gas fire pit/ 2 outdoor showers. Has a large private driveway that can accommodate up to 4 cars which is a huge bonus especially in summer at long beach. It’s the first floor of a 2 family house with 2 separate entrances. Only the bottom unit is rented out. I use the top unit for beach getaways. It’s a block away from the beach.Supermarket / liquor / beer stores are less than a block walking distance. $50 dog fee

In just a few steps to the ocean, you can enjoy complimentary beach passes (required from Memorial Day to Labor Day). The studio has a private entrance. It is equipped with a Queen-sized bed, couch and smart TV (with Netflix), kitchen, bathroom, and dining table. The neighborhood is residential. Close to restaurants, grocery store and boardwalk! Off street parking available.

Guest apartment has a private entrance and includes one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, office with sofa bed, and large sunny balcony. You can walk everywhere from here! It is a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. The train station to NYC and JFK is one block away. A grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, brewery, pharmacy, and other amenities are minutes away. Many guests comment that I keep the space "sparkling clean".

Walk or catch the bus from the train. Only 700 feet from the ocean. Due to allergies in the home we are unable to host any animals.
