Located next to the United Nations, therefore, one of the safest neighborhoods in NYC. The apartment is well-designed and features anything you need for your trip, linens, towels, pots, pans, fridge, etc.

Visit NYC w/ budget & free garage parking

Frequent buses right in front of house, bring you to time square in 30 minutes! Simple private studio apartment with free garage parking (only fit small and midsized car/SUV. Can not use car after park) and all the basics you need to visit the big apple. Step outside of the house, you will have amazing manhattan skyline views. There is a huge park two blocks away from us. To benefit family of 4, we had two twin beds will set up for the 3rd and 4th guests to use only. Not fit for light sleepers.

Located on a particularly quiet block; only 20 min to Manhattan via subway, 10 min by car. LaGuardia airport is 7 min by car. Our house is a 6 minute walk to the famed Astoria Park with views of the Manhattan Skyline. We are a short walk to the 30th Ave shops, bars & restaurants.
