Monthly Rentals in Long Island

Rachel’s place was extremely clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place to spend a snowy and stormy day with our pup. Very convenient to get to Portland. Close to grocery store and anything you might need. Rachel was very quick to respond when we had questions and had ice melt delivered for us same day which was a huge help in the storm.

We enjoyed the unplugged, relaxing feel at the cottage (Wi-Fi was great - unplugged by choice😁) Steven and team were friendly and responsive. Short walk to the waterfront, lots of time exploring rocks and tide pools. Ferry travel was easier then expected and everyone we met in the area was friendly!

We always love our stay here and will always be our first choice in the area!

Emmalie's rental on Long Island was perfect for our needs for LOTS of extra space for friends and family. Emmalie was very friendly, flexible and communicative and the Inn looks just like the pictures with a well appointed and functional kitchen, tons of space, a beautiful porch and dining area and an easily walkable location to both the ferry landing and the beach. We rented Emmalie's space in the off season and it was easy to keep warm and was well setup for our guests. We also have a house on Long Island and always admire the beautiful building that Emmalie owns and rents here and its proximity to the beach, tennis court and bakehouse so it was great to finally see it in action. If you need a large space for your rental, in season or out, this was a great find with a great host. Thank you!
