House holiday rentals in Long Pond

We stayed at Oak View during the first week of June 2025 and had a truly wonderful experience. The home is beautifully designed and thoughtfully appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was attentive and responsive without being intrusive. We spent most days relaxing on the deck, enjoying the peaceful surroundings—and even sneaking in a few naps. It was the perfect escape for a restful weekend. We’ll definitely be back!

From the beginning of our journey to the conclusion of our journey Livia’s hospitality and thoughtfulness of her space we were very impressed. Squeaky clean, well stocked kitchen (just about everything you’d need) comfortable beds and clear instructions for the household are its selling points. This is our first experience with Livia’s property and it won’t be our last. We’re planning on another visit later this year because of this experience. The ratings are real people! You won’t be disappointed.

We had a great stay and enjoyed having our first vacation with our dogs. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. It is very close to Kalahari and other attractions. The hot tub was a huge bonus and helped us relax.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was clean, spacious, very warm despite the cold, and had a terrific pool table and air hockey table. Our family relaxed and spent good time together.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy, well-kept home. The location was peaceful and scenic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. What really stood out, was how friendly, responsive, and communicative Katie was throughout the entire process. From the moment we booked to after we checked out, they made sure we had everything we needed and felt welcome. The house itself was very comfortable, and had everything we needed. While we didn’t end up taking advantage of the kayaks, canoes, or the amenity pass, it was great to see that all instructions for accessing these was clear, and very nearby. Just a small tip for future guests: be sure to drive slowly as you approach the property, especially for the first time—some of the nearby roads have large potholes that can catch you off guard if you’re not expecting them. Once you know to take it slow, it’s not an issue at all. Overall, a great experience and we’d absolutely stay here again!

Hospitality was worth more than 5 stars. Joe, Amy, and Steph are the best, they provide exactly what they described, no funny business. I appreciate their beautiful home with quality amenities. My family was satisfied and will definitely book again in the future.

We had a great stay at Igor’s place! The property was incredibly spacious and private for our group of friends! We really enjoyed the patio and grill along with the fire pit! The host was a great communicator and quickly responsive. The only concern we had was the air conditioning could not seem to keep up and it was quite hot in the upstairs bedrooms. Otherwise, we had a fantastic time, offered everything we could have possibly needed. Highly recommend for larger groups!

Place was absolutely beautiful! Plenty of room and Plenty of space for us to relax. Edwin was very responsive which made our trip go by so smoothly!

Overall the house was very nice! My friends and I had a good time. One thing I will note is the employees at the community center are extremely rude. They didn’t seem to understand we were just guests and wanted more information. Instead they looked at us like we are dumb with each question we had. But the home was great for our yearly get together & golf trip! I would stay here again.

Kim went above and beyond to make sure our stay was phenomenal. The house is gorgeous and well-stocked with everything you need to enjoy the beautiful lake. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a serene getaway. Thank you Kim!!

Perfect spot for a girls weekend away and loved how close it was to the racetrack!

Loved this lake house! There were plenty of activities to do for all ages right on the property. The kayaks, hot tub, and game room were super fun. The only slight downside is that a $20 amenity pass (for each guest regardless of age) is required to use the pools, basketball courts, and kayaks which does add up when you have a lot of guests on top of the hefty daily fee to stay here. But overall, I would definitely consider booking again if I’m ever in the Poconos area!

Beautiful house, clean and organized. We loved the sauna and the Jacuzzi. We had a rainy weekend so did not spend much time outside but enjoyed spending sometime indoors just relaxing like at home. Barbara is very attentive and accommodating. We really had a great experience staying at her house.

We had a great time staying here. It was very peaceful and pleasant. Loved watching all the deer in the yard. Victor was a very pleasant and responsive host. Would definitely stay here again.

Amanda was quick to respond to all inquiries. The cottage was as described and depicted, furnishings comfortable, and interior of the house clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the seating on the dock every evening for pre dinner cocktails, followed by dinner on the upper deck. We were here mid week during early June, so summer residents were not yet here. For us it was a very quiet setting. Not sure what it would be like high season. My only issue was the number of documents to read and understand, particularly related to association rules, though I believe this is true with most rentals in this area. This is a nice area of PA to explore, and this reasonably priced rental could be a fun place for a family gathering.

Loved my stay ! Very beautiful area and private property. Not only that the hosts are great ! House was amazing inside and out. Would definitely recommend if you want a nice area to be at peace and enjoy a vacation or any type of special occasion!

It was an overall great place to stay! There were 6 of us total and plenty of room/beds. Kitchen had all the utensils and other things needed to cook. We had a great time using the hot tub and had fun playing with the pool table! Check-in was easy and driveway was big enough to fit our cars Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and nice to use, lots of towels were provided. House rules and guidelines were understood and easy to follow, especially for checking out Check-out at 10am was a bit early, but expected as the cleaning crew needs to get the house ready for the next guests. We had an awesome time!

Absolutely beautiful location. Raymond was very responsive and kind to us during a snow storm and provided us with many means to feel comfortable. The cabin is very cozy and the bathrooms are amazing. Would absolutely rebook on the future.

Wonderful Stay for a Big Group! We absolutely loved our stay here! Coming from NYC by bus, the location was super convenient—just a short ride from the station. Our group of 10 had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our needs. The pool and lake nearby were perfect for cooling off and having fun. We especially enjoyed the BBQ in the backyard—great for group meals and relaxing evenings. We’d definitely book again for another group getaway.

We took our whole family including our grandchildren, and our dogs. The house was beautiful and was large enough for all ten of us to relax. Our grandchildren enjoyed the game room and making S'mores in the fire pit. Our host Jeremy was so nice and gracious. Whatever we needed, he took care of it promptly. He was very easy to talk with. I recommend this lovely home for a great vacation, Nancy

we had a wonderful girls weekend during this stay! we enjoyed being in a beautiful and clean home with an open concept and large kitchen. we took advantage of the hot tub and fire pit, as well as the provided kayaks and access to the grill! we went out and enjoyed dinner at a recommended brewery that was close by and just loved hanging lake side all together. would stay again!
