This was a cosy and very well equipped place to stay. Had absolutely everything you could want and was fitted out beautifully and thoughtfully to make the most of the space. Beds and linens were super comfy. I made use of the complimentary leisure facilities that were included - worth knowing ghe parking for this is free too! I’d definitely look to stay here again next time I’m up for the motor racing nearby.

Paul was an amazing the location was beautiful and quiet and exactly what I was looking for . the rooms was perfect and I felt right at home straight away . I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated barn house in Melbourne. As a family of four, it was perfect—spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and so peaceful. We all slept soundly in the cosy beds and felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Eve had left some lovely surprises for us, and our children were delighted to relax in the garden with biscuits and squash after the journey. My husband and I enjoyed a glass of wine out there too—it was the perfect start to our stay. There was plenty to keep everyone happy, from books and DVDs to a great TV setup, and we made full use of the spacious kitchen for family meals. The location is brilliant too—within walking distance of several pubs and cafes. We had a lovely dinner at Harpurs and enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Birds Bakery. The property felt very private and secure, and Eve was a fantastic host—warm, helpful, and responsive. Thank you, Eve, for a perfect stay—we’ll definitely be back soon!
