Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Longboat Key

I came down with 2 friends for a moms getaway and we had a wonderful time. This sweet little house is perfect and we will definitely be back. Amy is so nice and accommodating. The house was very clean and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Can’t wait to visit again.

The house was a good size for what we needed! The pool was perfect for the kids. Lots of amenities and space for the kids to play. The outdoor shower was perfect for beach days! The only issue noted was that the cleaning team was there until at 3p, but when she seen we had arrived, she promptly gathered her things and hurried off. We told her to take her time, but she insisted she was done. This is a great place for families and keeps you away from the hustle and bustle of bean point, which I like!

My family had a wonderful vacation at Danielle 's house. It was everything and more than we expected. The house is beautifuly appointed with all you would need to thoroughly enjoy your stay. The kitchen is loaded with everything you could ever want to cook any meal. It is spacious & inviting for the family to gather together while we cooked. The house itself is majestic. The great room when you 1st walk in is so incredible. The house is inviting and makes you feel right at home. The beds are incredibly comfortable, bathrooms are big & roomy and the showers... oh my, full body shower heads make taking a shower a luxury. The lenai with the pool and hot tub is the perfect gathering place and oh so nice to take a swim after a long day at the beach. The dock out back is perfect for a morning coffee or evening beverage. We rented a kayak for the week & had a blast paddling out to the sound. The beach is private & so nice to enjoy the day at. Thank you Danielle for our great memories.

This place is worth more than what we paid. Having the docks for fishing and the beach a block away made this place exquisite. The beach was practically empty every day, which is what we loved. Our stay was clean and comfortable. We recommend staying with Cole!

It was absolutely amazing experience staying at this beautiful place! Clean and beautiful apartment, great swimming pool, quiet area. Definitely recommend especially if you’re looking for relaxing time with family

Had such an amazing stay at James home. Home was beautiful and at great location the pool was definitely a plus. Home was just as expected from description provided. I really loved the location of home as everything was walkable distance to near by shops, restaurants, bars, and beach. Would definitely stay again .

Lisa house was and is beautiful you feel right at home. The spa was everything you could ask for it was my 40th birthday and she even had a small cake and balloons for me the was a really nice touch I would recommend anyone looking for a lovely bungalow style home too check Ms.Lisa home out you won’t be disappointed I promise

We (two people from Germany) stayed here for a week, not for the first time – great location: close to Siesta Key, Lido Beach, and downtown; beautiful accommodation – very lovingly and beautifully furnished, we felt like we were at a friend's house; we had everything we needed, even all the beach equipment; Dan and Charles are great hosts. We would like to come back.

We enjoyed everything about the condo and the area! Was clean and directly looked over the ocean!

Our stay at Inna & Vladimir's home was excellent. I had a work conference at a larger hotel about 4 min away. It was conveniently located, easy driving distance to restaurants and the beach, and in a safe part of town. We enjoyed the pool one evening and never felt bothered or out of place during our stay. The one thing to note is that, if you have any sort of chemical/fragrance sensitivity, be cautious the first day or two. My husband and I are both VERY sensitive and noticed the strong fragrant cleaner smells right away (tide, fabuloso type scents, etc). This likely wouldn't bother the typical person... but it was pretty intense for us. Considering those smells means that the Airbnb was cleaned, I can't complain about that! Lastly, if you have any mobility issues, the stairs are steep, but felt very sturdy. Overall, we would stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!

cute little beach apartment. clean and comfortable. We loved being super close to the beach. and the outdoor hose and shower was handy. nice of them to provide some beach items too like chairs, a boogie board and beach towels. AC gets very cold, which my husband was happy about. We will definitely be back to Ana Maria Island! its an amazing beach.

Scott’s place was very nice for a weekend. The location is perfect. The accès to the beach was fast. Scott’s place was very clean and looks exactly like the pictures . Very responsive for any questions or help. Recommended

This place was just what we needed for some rest and relaxation. Everything was exactly as listed. Extremely clean and well supplied with towels and all your kitchen needs. The views from our balcony and the sounds of the ocean were priceless. If you’re looking to get away from it all and disconnect, this is the place!! You will not be disappointed.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Welcomed by a beautiful view, and a nice well kept exterior. The unit we stayed in was in the 3rd floor, which allowed for the best views and the most privacy. The unit was clean, well-kept, and updated, even though the point of the vacation was to enjoy the beach/island, it was a place you felt you might accidentally stay Inside too long. We are planning our trip for next year already back to this very spot.

Astonishing view from the balcony. Clean and well equipped place. The only downside is the living TV was not working the whole time during our stay. Other than that, perfect

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful condo. Furniture is very nice. The bed was hudge and very comfortable. Had more towels than we needed. That is unusual for airbnbs. Bathroom is awsome. The kitchen was well equipped. We had everything we needed. The view is outstanding. The best thing is it doesn't smell like a stale beach condo. Will go back next year if possible.

Absolutely beautiful location right on the beach. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Loved the balcony and view from upstairs.

It was a very clean and modern unit. Two very comfortable queen size beds. Fantastic views of the beach and sunsets from the balcony. Great parking and easily accessible elevator or stairs. Very quiet, not many people around. Felt like we had the pool and beach area to ourselves. Great lounge chairs for use on the beach the unit had two umbrellas for our personal use. Publix supermarket 2 miles away was very convenient as well as many great restaurants and shopping. Roman was easy to communicate with and responded immediately. Highly recommenced.
