A selection of local pubs serving gourmet food and local beers are within a 10 minute drive or stroll along one of the many scenic footpaths . The Lodge is set in 0.6 acres of beautiful gardens. This quirky wooden stand alone space comprises a double bed and is ideal for two people but can sleep four at a push as there is a double sofa bed. Situate in the heart of Devon, the flat has a kitchenette, combined living and sleeping area and a separate toilet and shower. The flat is reached via stairs and is unsuitable for people with mobility issues. There is a smart TV, DVD and music system but no internet. This space is non smoking. Garden furniture, disposable BBQ, toys are available.

The Cabin is a perfect destination for a relaxing, romantic, peaceful getaway located close to Haldon Forest. With its own private entrance, parking and garden the cabin is situated over a brook with enclosed decking area and wood fired hot tub. Open plan studio accommodation comprises of a king sized bed, sitting area, shower room, kitchen with 2 burner hob, microwave, coffee machine and larder fridge (no freezer). Use of dressing gowns and hot tub towels are also included.

7 minutes walk to City Centre/ University Campus. A wonderful spot right in the centre of Exeter. It’s a charming “tiny house” which is completely independent of the main house with its own parking spot. The upstairs bedroom/living area is delightful - you look out onto the garden on all sides. It’s a very quiet location but only a few minutes stroll to the university, city centre, cathedral and canal. Reclaimed wooden floors throughout and a super comfortable double bed.

Pineapple Cottage - Sweet little house in Chagford

Pineapple is a lovely period cottage, steps away from the centre of Chagford, a unique and historical small town in Dartmoor National Park. Front door opens into hall. Comfortable sitting/dining room, two beautiful bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with roll-top bath, shower over. Several levels connected by small staircases. English country garden accessed via shared path. (see picture). Off-road parking in space suitable for small to medium sized vehicles.
