Nice location to use as a base for visits to nearby attractions including Cragside. The small village nearby is good for essential and Alnwick isn't too far to reach by car for stocking up on what you require or have more options to choose from, for dining and groceries. The chalet was as described, with good clear instructions on usage, clean, and seemed to include good quality items for bedding and kitchen utensils.

The cabin was so peaceful and nice with everything you could need in it. Marilyn and Tony were lovely and very friendly. They also had lots of recommendations on what to do and see around Northumberland. I would definitely recommend staying here for a break!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sue’s pristine and tasteful cottage. It had everything we needed to enjoy our restful stay - thoroughly recommend and will be back!
