A large living room, with fully equipped open-plan kitchen, opens onto an overhanging terrace, offering over 100m² of hillside living space. The house is air-conditioned, with 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Our traditional stone house, spacious and serene, surrounded by olive groves, is the best place for peaceful vacation, away from crowded and noisy areas. The house has a big yard, with garden furniture and our favorite hammock, where you can find sunny and shady spots every hour of the day. It offers great sea view between the olive groove. Ideal for families or friends.

It is the third in a row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neraduhouse and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the aim of remaining as it was 200 years ago.
