The accommodation consists of a spacious lounge / dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin, and two bedrooms; 1 double and 1 twin bedded room. Avondale is fully central heated and has a modern electric fire in the lounge. Well behaved dogs allowed.
