Ann's place is incredible- stayed for two nights and there is everything you could possibly need or anticipate in the house. We had a great time - the pool and hot tub were very clean and the house was perfect! Ann was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book again!

We were looking for somewhere in the New Forest area to celebrate our wedding anniversary with family. This house was perfect for us all, 8 adults and 5 grandchildren. The house is in a beautiful, quiet location which is exactly what we wanted. The house has everything you need and more, fully fitted kitchen with massive island and dinning table. All rooms were spotless as well as the many toilets and bathrooms. We stayed in the master bedroom which is very tastefully decorated. The swimming pool was a big bonus, perfect size and depth for our Grandchildren and very warm. It also had a padlocked gate to keep the little ones out when playing in the garden. Our host Katie was brilliant from start to finish keeping us updated on the stay and very responsive to messages. She provided a welcome food pack of sausages, bacon, bread and essentials which was really appreciated. Katie even took the time to let our grandchildren help her feed her horses. Can’t wait to return!

We stayed at Sam’s place to celebrate my husbands birthday. From the start Sam was responsive, friendly, answered questions and gave some fab advice. When I made a request she did everything she could to make it happen. The caravan itself is in a lovely peaceful part of the park with easy walking distance to the woods for the dog to have a run and also to the beach where we wandered to the pub and then back for an ice cream. Sam clearly explained how everything worked, where everything was & what she was doing to make things perfect for her guests. Her guide for things to do was really helpful so our days were filled and never dull. I would call this caravan a proper family home, it does everything it’s suppose to so you can just relax and enjoy your holiday. When I had some sad family news, Sam went out of her way to make sure we were ok and that we didn’t need to rush out the caravan on check out, so if you want a proper family home from home that does what it says - visit here! 🩷

Absolutely fabulous place to stay , i had a special birthday so got the family together . The house is so well equipped to high standard. The pool is brilliant nice temperature and big enough to feel like your doing your lengths in exercise, brilliant setting to sit round. Can't find anything bad to say about the place Nice kid's area with swings and trampoline.

We had a lovely time at Sarah's place. It's as the photos suggest and is in a very peaceful surrounding. The barn is next to Sarah's family home, but the way it is oriented means you get plenty of privacy. Thank you for letting us in to your home. We all had a lovely quality time with friends.

We had a blissful few days at Flint cottage. Wonderful kitchen to cook in, and multiple fabulous farm shops nearby. We ordered a heat and eat pie and a DIY breakfast pack for our first night, which made the start of the holiday so much more chilled out. The outdoor bath was also really special. We were so comfortable throughout we just relaxed completely. Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic stay on a lovely site. Very quiet corner location, tucked away although main parking space is under a tree so try to avoid if you don’t want lots of bird poo on your car!! Very clean caravan with lots of very thoughtful extras for every kind of guest. WiFi very reliable, access passes to site amenities sent over without needing to ask and clear instructions given for check out. Would stay here again.

My husband & I and our husky spent 3 night’s at Eden Cottage and really enjoyed our stay! Kevin & Debbie were super helpful before and during our stay, with clear info on getting there, facilities available, and local recommendations, and were really lovely people to chat with. Their 3 Labradors were adorable! The cottage was very comfortable and clean, with all we needed for a relaxing stay, a comfy bed, great shower and well equipped kitchen, with some welcome treats! It’s set in a lovely large garden, which we and our dog enjoyed spending time in. The pool was a fab bonus; clean, warm and with towels provided. Kevin’s book ‘Reckless’ is well worth a read! The cottage is a 3-min walk to the Spread Eagle pub, which does a fantastic Sunday roast, and 10 mins walk into Liss is Turtle Bean cafe, serving tasty lunches; both places are dog friendly, and there’s a lovely IPC church 5 mins walk away. All in all, a great weekend and we will definitely visit again! Thank you, Kevin & Debbie!

Great property, in a great location for where my team were working. Emma was very helpful and responded quickly when I sent her messages. Would recommend.

A lovely, comfortable stay in attractive surroundings. We were made to feel very welcome and our little dogs loved the beautiful walks right on the doorstep. The barn had everything we could possibly need to make our stay perfect. There is a nice pub very close by and we had a good lunch there one of the days. We enjoyed our stay so will definitely return very soon.

Gilly's house was a peaceful and personal get-away from our busy lives. The house is spacious with a well furnished kitchen and a beautiful garden full of birds.

An absolutely gorgeous place to stay. The location was wonderful, you felt like you were in the middle of nowhere, despite there being a pub next door! Lots of walks or cycles from the door, yet 2 minutes from a main road. The house was beautifully decorated and great bedrooms, lovely linen and comfy beds, with fantastic bathrooms. Everything you needed to cook for yourself and great recommendations of things to do and places to go. We had ponies outside our garden! Paul was a great host, responsive and helpful, really welcoming and very kind regarding checking in and out. We were there to celebrate a few things and felt it was absolutely the place for that. The pub next door under new owners was very friendly but did not disturb us at all. Thank you Paul, we had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is spotless, super comfortable, and felt like a real home away from home. It was perfect for our little one, there were so many toys to play with, books and even a barn outside which was a huge hit. The surrounding nature is stunning and so peaceful, we enjoyed every moment. The hosts were genuinely kind and helpful, we felt very welcome. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Wow! Felt as good as home. Was an excellent place for exploring the area, which is fantastic. The two Greyhound pubs are great for food and drink. The local one accessed along a part of the Clarendon Way, a really nice walk. Such a comfortable place to be. Thank you 🤩

Another great stay at Fiona’s place - the fourth time my wife and I have stayed there. A perfect spot for a couple. Lots of nice amenities. For the first time, we used the A/C that is in the bedroom, and it worked perfectly - we only had to turn it on for a few minutes to cool the room nicely. Highly recommended, and we hope to be back again!

Such a lovely place to stay in beautiful peaceful surroundings. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Khalid was a helpful responsive host and when there was an issue with the water it was resolved very promptly. Had a delicious meal at the local pub, The George Inn and St Mary Bourne is an attractive village. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

We stayed at Ben and Elle’s place as we had a wedding at Syrencot. This was perfect, as it was only a 15 minute drive from the venue. There was more than enough space for 6 adults, an 18 month old and a dog (with a cot, highchair, dog bowls and poo bags provided!) Milk, orange juice, a wide range of tea and coffee, a bottle of wine and snacks were already provided upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. For any other supplies we needed, Aldi was only a 3 minute drive away. I would highly recommend staying at their beautiful house.

Lovely spacious house and very equipped. Nice to stay in a ‘home’ - not just a BnB . Andrew was very helpful when we couldn’t get the upstairs heating working and came straight round to sort it out. We loved our stay and hope to be back.

We had a lovely weekend. The house is stunning and so spacious. Plenty of communal areas in the house. Plenty of parking, and private. Everything was clean and well equipped. We hope we can stay again some time

We had a fabulous stay at Lucy & Alex’s beautiful barn! Exceeded all expectations! A brilliant space with everything you could need to hand. Stand out feature was the wonderful projector, which we took advantage of the evening after having visited Highclere Castle, to watch the Downton Abbey film. Just perfect! Lucy was so thoughtful in providing both Downton Abbey films for us to watch during our stay. We’d had a long journey down to the barn and were so grateful to Lucy for supplying all the essentials for a much needed tea and toast break before we went for dinner at The Jack Russell (a wonderful recommendation from Lucy). It was great to meet Lucy & Alex (and the beautiful Mabel too), we’d love to come back for another visit!

We had a fantastic stay during May half term with the kids - the house is stunning, even better than the photos and the view is spectacular. The house has a very high -end finish to it and had everything you could wish for in terms of amenities. We look forward to visiting again sometime soon

We stayed at No5 for a short break. Part of the trip was to visit the Christmas market and Cathedral. This property had the best location just a five minute walk from both. A charming, cosy mews house, a home from home with high end decor and spec. We had a great time and would recommend to anyone looking to visit Winchester.
