Schöne Ferienwohnung am Stadtrand der ältesten Stadt Deutschlands. Kenn ist ca. 10 Autominuten von Trier entfernt und lädt zu Spaziergängen in den Weinbergen ein. Im Ort befindet sich ein Metzger, Bäcker und ein Wassertretbecken. Die nächste Stadt (Schweich) ist 4km entfernt. Kenn liegt an mehreren gut ausgebauten Radwegen auf denen man in alle Richtungen starten kann (Fahrräder können sicher abgestellt werden). The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

The loft is only 12 km from Trier, on our renovated vineyard, directly in the vineyards on the romantic Moselle. Art, culture and good food are just around the corner. High ceilings give the "loft feeling." The bathroom is new, the kitchen is well equipped and there is good wine across the street! Our loft is perfect for hikers, cyclists or just to relax. However, due to the open stairs, it is rather unsuitable for children. A Tchibo Cafissimo coffee maker is also available.
