Everything was great. We're so glad we stayed here. Everything was so easy here and it was so close to everywhere we needed to go.

We LOVED our girls weekend away. The 3 bedrooms and sleeper sofa offered ample space for everyone to spread out. The space had everything we could ask for! Unfortunately it was a wet weekend and we did not have a chance to make a fire / roast smores, however, we enjoyed so much more. We made our morning coffee and took the short walk to the waterfront to take in the surroundings while the sky was clear. Once back at the house, we were able to enjoy the outdoor space to the fullest - hot tub and there is a spacious pergola covering the patio set so we could sit outside to eat, play cards and stayed dry! And morning two, coffee on the front porch while rocking on the coziest of chairs. A great stay!

Beautiful house in the heart of North Conway! Privacy but close to all fun attractions. Spacious but cozy vibes. The hot tub was a hit, especially after a day of skiing! Only thing I would say Is make sure you have a car that can get up hill in snow. Such a great time! Would love to come back!

Mary's Place on Faraway pond. Is absolutely amazing, the peaceful surroundings and quiet wildlife, makes you just not want to go anywhere else. The house has everything to make you want to not go anywhere else either The kitchen amenities would make Gordan Ramsey, jealous. The stars at night so many and so bright. Cant wait to return

We had a very nice stay at Patrick's place. Patrick's place is very clean, cosy and inviting with everything you may need for a visiting trip at the White Mountain Forest. The place is definitely matching the description and we would be happy to return!

Chris's place was so warm and inviting, while also retaining the private and quietness we needed. the area is nothing short of stunning with so much to explore nearby. the place was clean, perfectly as described and the hot tub is definitely a MUST. My girlfriend and I can confidently say our stay was the best vacay we've ever had.

Jana was a great host! Very responsive and helpful. The cottage was exactly as the pictures showed and pristine. It was a fantastic location to enjoy all that the White Mountains have to offer. Close to ski mountains, restaurants, Conway and North Conway and the enterance to the Kangamangus yet in a serene setting set back from the road. We will definitely be returning to enjoy this cottage in the warm weather as well!

Toy’s house is the perfect place to stay. It felt like home, family vacations and so cozy with comfy couches, warm blankets and a fireplace to curl up in front of. Toy provided every bit of information we needed and responded quickly when we had a question. The house is very well stocked with everything we needed to relax and there isso much to see and enjoy in the area. We will absolutely stay there again.

5 🌟’s place. Great location; lots of things to do. Lovely cottage super family friendly. They have everything u need for ur stay. They have everything from baking utensils to a fire pit. It was spot less. Sarah provides everything. Inside chimney. A lot of forest. Great place to stay! Sarah was a wonderful host Highly recommended for a couples or family’s HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We had a wonderful time. The house was just right for 6 adults and a baby. There was great lake access with several kayaks to use and a canoe. The kitchen had everything we needed. Wendy was easy to reach and responded to our questions quickly.

When we arrived at this small, lovely marina where the property is located, my first thought was: magical!!!!! Inside, a little oasis, modern and well appointed. A huge, comfy sofa, large TV, great bed and thoughtful amenities. We did not need the AC, but I tried it and it got cool, quickly. Outdoors: paddleboards, kayaks and a grill overlooking the lake and the homes along the lake. Stunning. It’s a less than a minute walk to the restrooms, which are also modern and pristine, and part of the experience. I genuinely loved our stay here! It’s a very special, private place in the best of ways. Highly recommend,

My husband and I stayed with our 2 small dogs. We loved the fenced in yard. The house was quiet and peaceful. It was very clean and the kitchen & bathroom were well stocked with everything you would need. They left us a great welcome basket with a bottle of wine and treats for us and the pups. The hosts are very responsive and even offered a suggestion for dinner when we were looking for BBQ. I would highly recommend a stay at The Lazy Bear Cottage!

This is the second time we've stayed here. We really like the location and it's perfect for a quick weekend getaway.

Don't hesitate - book the Selma cottage now, you won't regret it! Cozy, clean, and close to area attractions. We so enjoyed our time in the loft playing various board games with our children and cozying up next to the electric stove after a day of ski. Looking forward to returning again soon! Our hosts were responsive and extremely helpful - what a treat to spend a weekend away at this gem of a cottage in Whitefield, NH!

The view was amazing!All the neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. Everything you need is close by.

We stayed at Denise's place over a long Memorial Day weekend. Denise and Kyle were both super friendly, making sure everything was going well with us when we ran into them coming and going. The cottage was a great size for my wife and I, not that we spent a bunch of time there as we were exploring the area around the lake. Both the front porch as well as the couch had great, unobstructed views of the lake. We made use of the beach associated with cottages, having our morning coffee out there each day we were there and spending Memorial Day, which was the best weather day we were there lounging in the beach chairs. We made use of all the cottage was equipped with, from the coffee maker and coffee, to grilling up steaks on what looked like a brand-new BBQ. All in all, it was a great stay, and we would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

We had a great stay at Paul's house. We were visiting for ski races at Proctor Academy - about 30 minutes away. The drive to and from was super easy. Bristol has a lot to do - great coffee shops, etc. The house was packed with amenities - the kids in our party loved the arcade games, upstairs hangout room, and air hockey table. The bedroom / bathroom configuration was perfect for our combined families (3 moms, 3 kids). The kitchen had everything we needed and more! Would love to visit again - thank you, Paul!

Terrific stay! The wildlife watching from the large living room and kitchen windows was entertaining. We enjoyed using the kayaks and fire pit. The bike path is right out the front door. Camp is cozy and comfortable. Colin and Robin are outstanding hosts!

We will most certainly be back. Honestly cant say enough nice things. Go find out for yourself, you wont be disapointed.

Probably one of the best places I've stayed at. Patrick makes you feel right at home from the moment you book the place. The cottage is right next to the lake and just a step away from Wiers beach, a great place to lay down and relax. Patrick even accomodated for local experiences, knowing I had travelled alone. Patrick and Gladys took me hiking and I even went out for drinks with Patrick. Honestly, if I could give the place 6 stars I would. Could not recommend it enough.

The property delivered on its promise. Very clean — but would nitpick just a wee bit: sofa and living room furnishings could use a refresh. Bath and bedroom were spotless; kitchen appliances (fridge, toaster, microwave), too. Electronics and wifi easy to access and use; instructions easy to follow — much appreciated! Host quick to respond to all our questions. Would definitely rebook. A solid Grade A! Only one complaint: on-site restaurant fare was downright awful; a real disappointment. Service was friendly and accommodating, but food a failure, sadly. Looks like Resort is adding a couple of new eateries and a mini-grocery to campus — all will undoubtedly add quite a bit to quality of future stay(s). Many thanks, Owl’s Nest! CHEERS!

Great location, spotless clean , comfortable. Most of all it is the beautiful setting in the woods close to lake. Great for adults and families. Highly recommended.
