Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.

This location is for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. From the houseboat you have a view of a nature-friendly bank that is ecologically managed by the local residents. You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

Tienhoven is a lovely quiet village in nature

The Poldersschuur is an independent home for up to 2 people, with all amenities you could wish for. On the ground floor you enter the cozy living room with kitchen. The bright, stylishly furnished living room is a great place to stay. Relax on the big couch with a good book or watch a movie or your favorite program on TV with excellent sound system and radio. The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, combi microwave, pressure cooker and Nespresso machine.

Guesthouse Bethune is located in the beautiful village of Tienhoven, in the middle of the Dutch lake district. Amsterdam (30 min by car) and Utrecht (15 min) are nearby.
