In July & August, per week! Our unique house is on a headland with water on 2 sides. Centrally located between Amsterdam and Utrecht. Nearby are marinas and recreational homes. From the road, you walk to the ferry, with which you sail to the cottage yourself. The house is only accessible by raft/boat. The house has a garden, wooden scaffolding and seats. Inside, the house is equipped with all comforts: there is floor heating, air conditioning and WiFi. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, 2nd toilet and bathroom.

With this Ibiza-style home (+2 private parking spaces) near Amsterdam, you can enjoy a vacation in a quiet and green park. Therefore, only guests are allowed to book from the age of 25. You can swim or paddleboard (incl.) into the water via our jetty. With our boat (€150 incl. gas, to be booked per day), you can sail to the lakes and visit a restaurant. Or go BBQ on our covered terrace with Weber BBQ and cozy lighting. Close by are woods and heath where dogs can run free, with nice restaurants.

Bohemian : include boat, supboards and pool

Discover this peaceful waterside retreat, accessible only by boat. A complimentary 5-minute boat transfer from the parking area is included. We will personally welcome you, accompany you to the cabin, and give a brief introduction to the accommodation, the boat, and the surrounding area. We are available 24/7 and can quickly assist you by boat in case of questions or emergencies. As the boat is not covered by Airbnb's insurance, a refundable €500 security deposit is required for its use.

Wellness Lodge with private sauna and jacuzzi

Our lodge is equipped with all modern amenities, such as a modern kitchen, a smart TV and a Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxurious jacuzzi and wood-burning stove. The lodge, with its large private garden and unobstructed views, is completely separated from the farmhouse by a fence and is accessible only to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast is available upon request.

There are two luxury studios: "Rietkraag" & "Water"! Each has its own entrance and is equipped with a complete kitchen (including combi oven/microwave, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, hob, cutlery, glasses & cups, plates and pans), 1 x double bed, shower, separate toilet, Smart TV, Free Wifi and balcony overlooking the Lakes. Basically, we have built Sustainable, Ecological, Circular. Plassenzicht Logies has been open since 06/09/22, making it new in its kind.

In consultation, you can also rent our sloop (boat license required). Children are welcome if they have a swimming certificate.

Exceptionally charming and luxurious houseboat including unlimited use of associated sloop, jacuzzi. The houseboat has a capacity of up to 11 people, has a total area of approximately 240 m2 and has 4 bedrooms, two toilets, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with all imaginable appliances, washing machine and dryer, and in the garden a spacious heated and covered Jacuzzi. The spacious living room has a seating area around the fireplace, television.

Eilandseind, holiday cabin on your private island

Eilandseind, translated as islands end, is an island with a beautiful round wooden cabin on it! ...well, it's the last stretch of a kilometer long peninsula in midst of nature. Only reachable by (electric) boat, which is provided. Pure freedom, tranquility, romance in the dutch wilderness. A good reason why dutchies like to have staycations. A hidden outside space with a generous inside to celebrate nature and each other.
