Nice house on the first floor

Your family will have everything close by in this accommodation located in the heart of the province of Murcia. The home is on the first floor and is very bright. In front of the house there is an old washhouse (a large ditch where women used to gather to wash clothes). The village is 15 minutes from the city of Murcia, 30 minutes from Mazarrón beach and very close to the Sierra Espuña natural park. There is a bar/café and shop about 100 meters away. The bus stop is next to the house.

Each apartment has its own entrance door and private terrace. The beaches are only 25 minutes away. In summer, avoid the overcrowding that occurs on the coast. And also, unlike the coast, you will find all the services: banks, pharmacies, health center, supermarkets, bars, craft shops, etc.

Tijdens de koudere dagen kan je genieten van de hout verwarmde kachel die de ruimte goed en knus verwarmd (hout inbegrepen).

The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.
