I've already been to the house twice and it meets expectations. Perfect for a weekend with friends.

A group of 6 friends had a fantastic stay in the incredibly beautiful house of Stig! Nice outdoor area, good sun loungers and pool. Good bedrooms and bathrooms. Good kitchen. Otherwise, we were not indoors much. Nice location in a quiet and calm area. The only thing we missed was a bread knife and a parasol/pergola 😅 Stig is a very nice and welcoming host, responded quickly to questions and gave good tips for restaurants. A little tip for other travelers; allow plenty of time to get a taxi! We had a great time and would love to rent the house on another occasion!! ❤️🤩🍾

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and Pavo was a wonderful host. He contacted me in the week before we arrived to check our flight times and answer any questions. He was very flexible with our check-in time and met us at the villa to give us a tour. The villa is even better than the photos and description. So peaceful, very clean, and had everything we needed. We requested that the pool be heated and it was a lovely temperature which meant the children spent a lot of time in it. I would really recommend this villa. Thank you Pavo and team!

We can’t thank Bogdan enough! From start to finish, the communication has been amazing! He was responsive and helpful and willing to go above and beyond! The villa is brilliant, absolutely perfect for families, we went as 2 families of 4, all 8 of us were impressed! The kids absolutely loved the garden and also loved the many kids toys inside the villa. Everything we needed was there on arrival, even down to the little things that people usually forget such as pool floaties, tin foil and bin liners, plates for the kids, cooking oil and seasonings! So many handy little things that definitely came in useful! Really recommend Butterfly Villa to all, and a massive THANK YOU again for all Bogdan done! Amazing stay!

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

The Villa is fantastic! The pool and pool area is perfect for kids and relaxing, in such quiet surroundings. Completely fenced off, so no worry of kids getting out anywhere, and inflatables that were there for us to borrow, which my 7yr old loved! The Villa itself is well equipped with everything you need and more, would love to stay here again, but next time for longer. We didn’t want to leave. The Villa is a short walk to the Sea Front and has some great little back street restaurants which are really reasonably priced, and the food was great! As a host, Bert was so responsive and managed to accommodate a later check out due to our flights being changed last minute by Jet2, so thanks again for that! Thanks Bert for being a great host, and letting us use your beautiful Villa!

We spent a New Year's Eve several families and two children. The house was impeccable, clean and tidy, it is very spacious and has enough bathrooms. The living room and kitchen allow interaction and gatherings of friends, which is what we were looking for. In addition, the detail of the holiday decor gave it a homey touch that we greatly appreciate. The fireplace also contributes to this. Super quiet area and suitable for children as there is no traffic and a huge amount of outdoors. The terraces have amazing views. The village is close enough if anything is needed. Anyway, we were really nice and had a better time. Thank you M. Dolores.

Wow. Only 1 word is needed to describe everything about our stay. If you are looking for a trip away from all the hustle and bustle of daily life where you can truly relax then this is it. The villa is stunning, high up, almost touching the clouds with the most peaceful views over the mountains. It has everything you need, a great pool, plenty of places around the villa to escape and unwind, comfy beds and linens and all the cooking facilities you could ever need. Our host was terrific, really helping us settle into the villa and responding to our questions ahead of our trip quickly. I fully expect we will look to book here again which should tell you everything. Thank you for an amazing experience.

We had a great time as a group of friends at the place. The pictures are accurate and we had a blast playing tennis, ping pong, and swimming in the pool. Fini was very responsive in case of questions. The location is a bit far from grocery stores (10-15 minutes walk) which can be difficult without a car in hot days. Highly recommended to rent cars (it's not expensive) as Uber or taxi is difficult to find. Car rental was cheaper than paying one way Uber from airport for us. A suggestion for the host: there were two rooms with bunk beds and 4 rooms with queen beds. It would be much more pleasant to have two single beds or queen beds instead of the bunk beds. Especially for the group of friends that are multiple couples.

This was honestly the best villa I've ever been to! It was private, incredibly beautiful and so clean . The outside area is like stepping into the love island villa. The pool was huge and gorgeous. There were all different places to sit outside. Whether you're eating, socialising or even a little hut to drink in and a bbq area! jacuzzi with jets!! The pictures don't don't do it justice! I couldn't have asked for anything more from this experience. The host was the best host I've had through air bnb. Nothing was too much trouble and response times were very quick. One of the girls even left their passport in the villa and the host actually drove it to us with no questions asked!! We didn't actually want to leave the villa to explore/ go to beach clubs because nothing compared to the area we already had. If I could give the villa and host more than 5 stars I would! I've been to plenty of beautiful villas but this tops all of them hands down. It's kid friendly also not just for adults!!

A wonderful villa and wonderful hosts. Full exclusive use,very secure and all the mod cons. All amenities as listed and the pool/ garden area is a lovely private place to enjoy the family holiday, even better than the photos. We were 2 families of 4, loads of space and 5 minute walk to the beach and lovely little chiringuitos. Other towns such as the lovely Puerto de Mazarrón just a short drive/taxi away, sad to come home to reality, thank you for sharing your lovely home with us

Stian is a great host. He was very responsive to my messages both before and during the stay. The villa is beautiful and is actually even nicer than the photos! We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Damian was always efficient and responsive to my messages from beginning to end. Upon arriving he warmly greeted us and personally took us to our room which was beautifully designed, very spacious, very well kept and clean with some lovely creative touches. The bed was so comfortable and had lovely views. The pool area and the landscaped gardens were very attractive. Damian also recommended a fantastic local restaurant which opened late. We had a great time, the house has facilities to have a good time without leaving there if you don't want to.

We had an amazing holiday in San Javier thanks to the fantastic villa and the support and comms offered by the team at Resort Hosts. From the point of booking through to departure, the team were extremely responsive and assisted with several queries. However, it is the app that the Resort Hosts provide which took the experience to another level! Nearly everything we needed to know and lots more we hadn't thought of was within and helped with our expectations before we even left home! All in all, an amazing experience and holiday!

We had fantastic time in the house. Esteban welcomed us and showed us around the house. We were offered sweet grapes from Totana. Combination of a swimming pool and hot tub is great and we enjoyed it. The place was quiet. The mountains are just around the corner.

An incredible home, modern but with personality, nestled in a very special place. It's definitely worth it. In addition, the heated pool is a luxury. The area we did not know it and we loved it, especially the beaches closest to the house. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for tranquility, this is the place for you. It's perfect to disconnect. The house was spotless and had all the amenities, plus a dossier with practical information such as nearby places to visit, eat, ... We enjoyed the porches and the pool all day. Definitely if we return to the area, we will stay there again. 100% recommended.

Amazing host and excellent recommendations! We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t be more satisfied. The only thing to keep in mind is the 15-minute gravel road leading to the accommodation. Highly recommended

This place is amazing with a million dollar views of the sea. The owner Tano is very gracious and attentive. Looks just like the pictures.
