Between Lyon and Saint-Etienne, at the foot of the Pilat, you can take beautiful walks or come for work. Remote working possible. The accommodation is independent on the ground floor with private entrance, 1 bedroom, 1 shower room + toilet, 1 equipped kitchen + dining area, 1 terrace. The pool and garden are shared with my family, we live on the 1st floor of the house. Restrictions for everyone's peace: no parties, no children, no pets, non-smoking accommodation.

Independent studio glued to a house in a peaceful location at the foot of the Monts du Pilat and 2 minutes from the motorway exit. 2 kms from the village of Saint Paul en Jarez. To take a break, work or rest in peace, hiking departure possible around, bike all types. IMPORTANT: Only in summer, the pool is a plus but always a shared space with the host's family, and only for both guests of the listing. No privatization and no parties possible.

Ideal accommodation for a relaxing and refreshing weekend in the heart of the nature. The house located in the countryside, is surrounded by orchards. There are many hiking trails just above the Farm. And yet only 7km from the highway..... Change of scenery assured. ⚠️ Do not take 《the Chavillon route》 if the GPS tells you to. it's a catastrophic path for 3 kilometers. Continue on the main road to the village of Cellieu.
