Julie's place is very nice and as described. It is well located for exploring the island on foot or by bike. Close to Luctudy city center for shopping and restaurants. The small garden is very nice and quiet. Julie is very responsive. We recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay in Morgan's accommodation, sea view with magnificent sunsets. The recommendations to arrive are very well explained quiet area easy to park the car , very bright, modern and functional spacious apartment, nothing is missing , top bedding etc... We fell in love with this place in 2023 and so we returned in 2024. If you are a couple looking for somewhere beautiful to have a relaxing holiday, this is the perfect place. I totally recommend it.

We had a pleasant stay with the family. Very clean and well-equipped accommodation. Welcoming host. Very well located for sightseeing in the area and close to the white sand beach on foot (2min).

Very good place and very responsive host. A very comfortable bed in the bedroom. The sofa bed is more awkward, but you can still sleep well on it. If there are more than two of you, I invite you to take extra pillows (or ask for them in advance?). Accommodation on the fourth floor, very useful for strengthening your glutes! Well arranged. Very well positioned (on a pedestrian street), but if a PSG victory for a decisive Champions League match were to occur again, it could become noisy. Please note that if you come by car, you cannot park in the street (pedestrian), a street in the blue zone is located 25 meters away - you can park for 1 hour 30 minutes max. Charming and very well-equipped accommodation, in a beautiful and peaceful setting. The environment is really fabulous, the terrace allows you to enjoy the view of the pond and the proximity of the beach on foot is a real advantage. Valerie was a perfect host. Second time we come and the place is really great for a couple. The sea view is amazing, the walks great. There are plenty of restaurants or bars, but honestly, when you have a terrace with a view like this, there's no point in going to lock yourself in a restaurant. We'll definitely be back occasionally because we loved the place.
