In the upper Livron, with cobblestone, narrow and steep streets, close to hiking trails and an associative grocery store with local products. We will welcome you upstairs of our house, with private access and the possibility of self check-in. The ground floor is our home, the interior staircase is communicating but partitioned and closed by a door. In the summer, we will share our terrace and pool under our large linden tree. We can store your luggage and bikes.

In this old farm, come and put your bags down for a night, a weekend, a break in the middle of organic orchards on a 3000 m2 fully fenced plot. A fully renovated loft is reserved for you, between stones, lime and wood-burning stove. Come and test the special warmth it provides. You might come across a cuddly cat, a playful dog, or a stray chicken. This place is an invitation to calm, where everyone enjoys their space, all in harmony with nature and their neighbor.

Simplify your life in this peaceful, centrally-located home.Our new studio apartment with a small shaded terrace is attached to our house. We are located not far from the motorway entrance, the via Rhôna for cyclists and the train station. At 20 mn on foot and s by car, you can discover the village where you will find a number of shops (bakery, grocery, butcher, etc.), a cinema and an indoor swimming pool. There are also a number of supermarkets nearby.

Come and relax in our cottage backed by the mountain with the song of cicadas. Cyclists, we are 5 km from the Via Rhôna and the Peyre (transportation available on request). For hikers, the GR 42 is 200 m away. Climbing site 2 km away. During the day, discover the gorges of the Ardèche, the plateau, the cave of Pont d'Arc, the Ardèche train and even the Drôme des Collines or Provencal. But it's also great for lounging with a good book by the heated pool.
