The cottage is located at Björköfjärden, the Bothnian Sea. In summer, there is access to a small motorboat located at the jetty. Around the cottage there is a wooden deck. Building year 2009. The house has fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher, fridge and freezer, bathroom with shower and toilet. The house has one bedroom with adjustable beds and kitchen/living room with sofa bed and one loft with two mattresses. Outdoors there are tables and sun chairs. In winter when the ice is located, it is excellent location for winter fishing, skating or skiing.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Large house in the countryside outside Sundsvall. The house was built in the early 1900s and has recently been completely renovated. Lake view and access to boat. Fishing licenses are purchased via Attmars FVO. Fishing is also offered in Ljungan. Close to the forest where you can pick berries and mushrooms in season. In winter, there are prepared ski tracks in Sörfors and Matfors. The nearest slalom slope is Nolbybacken in Kvissleby. It takes about 40 minutes to go by car to Hassela Ski Resort. The nearest grocery store is in Matfors.
