Fantastic opportunity to rent a newly built city apartment with elegant design. This penthouse with an elevator is situated on third beach line, approx. 100 m. from the beach, 200 m. from the train station. Restaurants & cafes and grocery store around the corner. 1 double bed, 180 cm, extra bed to role out 80 cm x 200 cm in the living room, a sofa, can accommodate a child under 150 cm. Full functional kitchen as well as dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and hairdryer.

Best beaches in the area - 2 mins walk. Bright and fresh 1 bed apartment recently fully refurbished and decorated with love. Equipped with everything you would need for comfortable stay. New bathroom, new kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Air conditioner unit, fast WI-FI. No terrace.

Se uno de los primeros en disfrutar de un apartamento totalmente reformado en una ubicación perfecta. El apartamento se encuentra en un edificio con ascensor, jardines y piscina Aprovecha su cercanía a la playa y el sol de la terraza. La parada del tren se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie como los supermercados, cafeterías, farmacia, restaurantes, bares... *Si vienen 2 necesitan especificar si necesitan ropa de cama en el sofá cama. *Para estancias de más de 3 semanas se paga luz aparte.

Cozy beach apartment with private roof terrace!

Coziest apartment in Los Bolishes? This beautiful little penthouse of 40 sqm has a fantastic roof terrace with a glimpse of the sea and one of the best locations in Fuengirola! The apartment is on topfloor with a lift. The private roof terrace is perfect, about 25 square meters with sun all day and evening. The apartment is located just by the beach and all restaurants. Out of respect for my lovely neighbours this is not an apartment for parties, it´s for peace and tranquility.

Apto. N4 Apartamento muy acogedor y luminoso.

¡Bienvenido a este encantador apartamento! Este acogedor apartamento totalmente nuevo cuenta con un dormitorio y un amplio salon cocina comedor lo que lo convierte en el alojamiento perfecto para hasta 2 personas ,no tiene balcón pero cuenta con una gran ventana con vistas a zonas verdes. La playa está a 5 minutos a pie y con facilidad a la hora de aparcar coches ya que esta muy cerca del recinto ferial. El apartamento cuenta con Wifi para poder estar conectado y teletrabajar.

Studio apartment: 25m2 + 6m2 terrace, close to everything: 85 meters to Paseo maritimo, 100meters to beach, 120 meters to Marina and 200meters to nightlife, but the apartment is very peaceful and quiet. In the days when you feel tired for exploring all the restaurants and new things, you can stay indoors and enjoy the cozy, homely feeling of the studio, do some cooking or watch your home television channels or your Netflix subscription, because we have Chromecast TV.
