Estuvimos mi pareja y yo 3 noches y la verdad que el apartamento es perfecto para desconectar y estar tranquilos. Las vistas son sin duda lo mejor. La zona es muy tranquila. Todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Davinia nos atendió con mucha comprensión y atención.

Patrick fué muy amable y muy puntual, contestó rápidamente y la ubicación del alojamiento está perfecta una zona muy tranquila con todos los servicios

Nice flat down a quiet street. Good value walking distance to a nice bit of the beach with a few quiet bars and restaurants, also access to the Marina walkable if you’re fit! It’s about a 20 minute walk to the lively end of the beach where there are a few more bars and restaurants. Monday morning is the market, which is the best place to buy fruit and vegetables. Dai super market is walking distance and well stocked and good value.

Very communitive host, lovely clean, well style apartment, we arrived at night so the nearest open supermarket was 20 mins walk , during the day there are nearer ones. The apartment was lovely well styled and clean, great to have a tv so when the nights are chillier you can relax and watch a movie. The location to the beach and bars was great. We used the pool area and took the sunbeds down we really enjoyed swimming in the pool. the terrace in the morning is perfect for breakfast and sunbathing. We had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate in recommending this apartment.

We stayed for one week, all four of us really enjoyed our stay, will definitely stay here again

Apartamento perfecto, bien ubicado y tranquilo. Tenía un montón de cosas que te hacen la estancia más cómoda. Cocina (tostadora, sandwichera, hervidor de agua, así como todo lo necesario). Salón (ordenador, llevamos los nuestros, pero es un detallazo, tv enorme, luces, lámparas preciosas), plaza de garaje amplia y amplia la entrada, que en la zona no lo son todas. Sábanas, toallas, etc ..... muy bien. Con gusto y cuidando los detalles

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.

apartamento limpio y bien ubicado cerca de la playa y restaurantes,hacía mucha calor pero era general en toda la zona con los ventiladores se puede dormir bien ,Luis es muy amable y te da todas las facilidades para entrar y salir del apartamento , una semana muy agradable

El apartamento es fantástico para unos días de descanso. Playa a 100 metros, zonas de restaurantes y feria a 200 metros. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y tenía todo lo necesario. Los anfitriones han sido muy amables. Repetiremos sin duda!!

호스트는 친절하고 다정했다. 숙소는 내집처럼 편안하고 깨끗했다. 도보 5분거리에 멋진 해변이 있고 근처에 상점들이 있다. 대형마트나 쇼핑센터는 차로 15분 거리에 있다. 가격대비 만족도 높은 숙소였다.

La casa cumplía con nuestras expectativas(éramos 5), todo estaba impecable tal y como lo describen el resto de personas, y la piscina de la comunidad estaba súper limpia y muy cuidada El único fallo que se podría decir es que estuvimos una semana sin televisión (nos comentaron que era fallo de la antena de la comunidad), vimos la tele mediante internet

We had amazing month at Pilar de la horadada and biggest reason for our lovely stay was this perfect apartment. Our neighbor Betty made sure we had everything alright all the time and we miss her already. The lamar resort neighborhood is brilliant place to stay for its calm atmosphere, location and the area itself. Apartment and all the property areas were so clean and well kept. Our private rooftop was cherry on the top and so nice to spend synny days on it. We can 100% recommend this apartment.

Нам дуже сподобалась квартира, вона маленька але дуже затишна, є все необхідне для проживання. Окремо хочеться відмітити дуже сонячну терасу, вона супер і уся квартира дуже сонячна та тепла! Шкода, що вона була заброньована так ми б лишились там на усю зиму.

Fatima was a good host, she responded immediately when the lift broke down, although she couldnt do anything about it, she assured us that the technician had already been informed. We had 2 men enter our apartment using a different code to ours, that was very scary. They said that they had also booked an apartment in that block but their door code didnt work on the other apartments, and being that we were all women we spent our last 2 nights very nervous as to whether they would come back. Fatima said she knew nothing of this booking. Very strange.

Beautiful apartment, hot tub was a lovely touch. All linen provided along with beach towels and beach blankets which was a great addition. Area is very quiet, even the complex was super peaceful (not sure if this is because we visited in May so may have been out of season). We hired a car so commuting to bars restaurants shops etc was doable but without a car this may be more tricky. Very responsive and helpful hosts thank you for having us stay ☺️

Es war ein schöner Kurzaufenthalt, der den Namen Urlaub verdient, da alles so war, wie vorher beschrieben und das Einchecken war durch die klaren und guten Hinweise von Sergio problemlos. Auch unseren Sonderwunsch hat er uns erfüllt. Das einzige Manko waren die sehr schmalen Parkplätze. Aber dafür kann Sergio ja nichts und es gibt auch ausreichende Möglichkeiten außerhalb des zur Unterkunft gehörenden Parkplatzes in unmittelbarer Nähe und kostenlos zu parken. Wenn wir wieder in dieser Gegend eine Unterkunft suchen, werden wir zuerst bei Sergio nachfragen.

This apartment was absolutely stunning. Very clean, fresh and well maintained. We felt guilty leaving even a small wrapper on the floor so kept it spotless like we received it. The hot tub was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower very powerful. Will 10000% come again and stay here. Irina was very firednly and helpful and always responded promptly to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Professioneller, schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt. Wohnung super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Schöner Stil. Unglaubliche Aussicht und durch die Höhe der Wohnung und des Balkons auch sehr ruhig. Tiefgaragen Stellplatz. Die Wohnanlage besteht aus teilweise festen Bewohnern und Feriengästen, dadurch ist eine schöne Atmosphäre. Pools waren nie überfüllt. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung und bedanken uns bei Alexey&Natalia und Elena.

The apartment and the residence are amazing. The apartment had everything you needed for a holiday. It was very clean and seemed to be brand new. Very nice located and easy access to several pools. The terrace was in cooling shade during the day. Very well maintained residence with very nice pool areas. Supermarket just outside the residence and walking distance to both Zenia Boulevard and the beach. Thanks for a great stay in your apartment.
