Place was great. Especially loved the outdoor area. Tung was very responsive - we had an issue with the outdoor fireplace (which was really nice, btw) and he came over right away to fix it.

Very clean and quiet area.large backyard.Very good washing machine and dryer.Fully equipped kitchen.All 3 beds were comfy.Bree was always quick to answer our messages.When we had a minor problem in the kitchen Bree has sent someone over next day and it was fixed. Highly recommend this house if you are looking for a stay in quiet area(note that it’s quite far from shops and restaurants)

It is a beautiful and well maintained unit., clean and functional. The host is very thoughtful. Everything is properly labeled and easy to find. The internet access is perfect for games and work. We found the same conveniences as we were home. The bed was very comfortable. We liked neighborhood a lot. It is quite, but everything is near by. Local coffee is excellent, much better than Starbucks. It is close to the major roads. We were very surprised as we got to SFO in 45 minutes in the morning during the morning rush hours. A great place to stay!

Eric is an exceptional host who strikes the perfect balance between attentiveness and respecting privacy. His responsiveness to requests made my stay completely hassle-free. The house itself exceeds expectations with convenient private parking and an ideal location near highways, Target, Safeway, and various dining options. I particularly appreciated the peaceful neighborhood atmosphere and the convenience of having a full kitchen and laundry facilities right at home. During my month-long stay, I genuinely felt at home and encountered zero issues with the property. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this listing to anyone seeking a comfortable, well-located accommodation with a thoughtful host.

Beautiful home. Had everything we needed including an EV charger and charger basket for all electronics. Very spacious. Many thoughtful touches throughout the house - even right as we entered. I really like the spiritual, positive items around the house. At first I thought it was odd that the bedroom did not have blinds or drapes, however, it turned out nicely because the giant trees shaded the direct morning sun, a nice serene way to wake up. We loved the large balcony area and the fully stocked kitchen. The driveway seems steep, turn on your front camera and it is not a problem. The property is so peaceful, surrounded by nature. We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Pam’s was wonderful. Her gardens were absolutely beautiful and peaceful. We chose her home for its proximity to Stanford Hospital and couldn’t have asked for a better place to recuperate. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped. Pam responded quickly and helpfully to the few questions we had. It was truly a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful time staying in Sean’s home. The place is perfect for 2 adults & a child. It is located in a nice neighborhood close to a wide variety of convenient places to eat & shop—less than 20 minutes to the airport. There was some traffic noise with the windows open but once they are closed the house became peacefully quiet. I immediately noticed how tidy the house was when we arrived. The kitchen & bath were fully stocked with everything we needed. There were even some extra personal care items available in the closet. The water got nice and hot with great water pressure. The backyard was inviting. The fire pit & string lights set the perfect ambience for a quiet evening outside. It was easy to see that a lot of effort went in to it. Sean is a terrific communicator. He made sure we knew he was available for anything we needed and he always responded promptly after being messaged. His house felt like a home and we would most definitely love to stay there again.

The place is awesome, we were so happy to have found it. Would highly recommend :)

Mike’s place is really comfortable and home like. The neighborhood is quiet and private, room is easy to self check-in and spacious enough for 2 persons to stay, there’s also a beautiful little yard which is private and gives out a great feeling to start the day. We had a very peaceful stay at Michael’s place in the mountains and Michael was friendly and helpful in checking us in and providing recommendations for good places nearby. It was nice to sit out on the property too and enjoy the beautiful views. Would stay there again!

Nice, clean and well-equipped apartment within walking distance of convention center. Cecilia is very quick in responding to any small issues there might be.

Enjoyed my weekend stay at this homey and quiet home! Will definitely save and attempt to book again. The host was very responsive and informative about the area! Very well equipped, including smart Roku TV and good WiFi. Only a few options to eat & drink within walking distance, but great access by car.

I stayed at Cynthia and Glens place for a 8 days and it was really great. They're very accommodating and have amazing instructions for every step of your stay. One aspect that was a bit unfortunate is just that dogs can't relive themselves in the backyard. It was a bit complicated taking both of my dogs across the street to go potty every morning and midday especially when the temperatures got really high and concerning to walk them. However, I do completely understand their reasoning as to why they'd rather not have dogs relieving themselves in their backyard. Other than that small aspect it was a really lovely home and awesome location. It is a shared unit so parking is shared and the communal areas are as well. Something else to keep in mind! Overall I had a great stay there in Campbell which was so close to downtown and many amazing restaurants.

Bedroom and classic pullout Ikea couch in the living room as advertised. Driveway spot was nice, not sure how easy it is to squeeze past the dryer in the garage though. AC units worked as intended during 85 degree days. The communication was prompt, clearly with some automation being used but there are real people behind the operation. Kitchen well stocked for cooking equipment. Didnt hear the duplex neighbors at all. Would stay again.

Easy to access, availability of parking and the shopping/restaurants made this location perfect for us! Eugene was quickly responsive to a couple of questions we had. The place was very clean and had what we needed for our stay!

Staying for the second time here and it felt home yet again. Hosts were super flexible and responsive. Quite place. Highly recommended.

This location is ideal for those who like easy access to hiking, walking, beach, pools etc. Also a short drive to Capitola, and Santa Cruz to the North. Views from the balcony are way better than the pictures. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

I don't even know where to start. The condo is absolutely beautiful. The views were literally breathtaking. The pictures of this place were beautiful but seeing it in person was paradise on earth. You have a panoramic view of the ocean that runs the entire length of the condo. Absolutely gorgeous. Theresa was kind and very helpful with everything. The place was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. I can't say enough good things about this place. My mom and I loved every minute of our stay. I can't wait until I get to go back. Thank you Theresa. My mom and I had the best time. I forgot to add that we really saw whales from living room!!!!!

We had a great stay. The home is lovely and the area is very walkable with lots of restaurants and shops accessible.

During my stay at Joann’s place, I felt safe and very comfortable. The whole home is bright and spotlessly clean, with greenery visible outside the windows. Parking was very convenient, and communication with her was smooth throughout. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing me to cook and enjoy a good glass of red wine. The sofa was cozy and the bed was spacious. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a wonderful place—thank you!

Great apartment that is close to the airport and easy to find. Was given great step by step instructions on how to access the apartment. It was actually bigger than I anticipated and quite quiet.
