Where movie magic happens nestled in the heart of Santa Clarita is a charming studio guest house thoughtfully designed with all the comforts of your own home including a soak in tub to enjoy and relax after a long day. Location is key, and this beautiful guest home is minutes from the 14 freeway,hiking trails , dining, Six Flags Magic Mountain, and film locations. This attached suite is newly renovated with all new furnishings, a private and separate entrance with a designated parking spot.

Private Guesthouse

This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.

Resto Place w/ private entrance

This in-law suite is built for a private stay. Self check-in and parking available on the street or in driveway upon request. Restoration hardware themed with a Murphy bed for plenty of room to sleep or lounge with a loveseat and ottoman. Relax and enjoy a 40inch tv or work with a floating desk provided. Additionally the suite has a mini fridge and microwave available. Rain shower and cascade tiles accent the bathroom. Built in closet provides storage for your traveling goods.

Valley Glam Studio – Private & Free Parking

Our stylish, cozy and private guest studio is newly renovated and located in the heart of Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley with easy access to freeways. We're close to the Van Nuys Flyaway (easy access to and from LAX), and a straight shot from Burbank’s Bob Hope Airport (5 miles). Though still in the city, our diverse neighborhood is tucked away from the major roads, which makes it a bit more quiet. Tree-lined streets are perfect for the popular Sunrise and Sunset walks.

This room is like an apartment studio with its own bathroom, kitchenette, and bedroom. There is a separate, private entrance/exit. Lots of closet space and cozy lighting! Good for folks who seek a quiet, cozy stay in the Greater Los Angeles area. We are a 5 min drive from Cal State, Northridge in the historic San Fernando Valley. The Topanga Pool House is a resort like property located at the edge of the State Park, with canyon views & ocean breezes. The infrared sauna, cedar plunge pool, hot tub, outdoor bed and yoga deck provide an escape from the hustle of the city. Guests have said it's "as if you have a resort to yourselves" "spa like" "magical and healing" and that's the experience we strive to provide. We live in the upstairs unit but prioritize guest's privacy at all times.
