Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Los Gatos

Overall we had a great time at ORV rental. We know the area well and love to visit for the day but this trip we wanted to stay for a couple of days. The apartment was well decorated and very clean. We did have trouble finding the 4 accommodating bath towels for our party of 4 but eventually did locate the remaining two towels. The adjoining guests in the apartment next door were quite loud and the sound very easily traveled into our unit. There’s not much that can be done about that at this point but something to be aware of. Overall we had a great time and would recommend.

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Hanna quickly responded for our queries. The place was clean and felt like home. The instructions to get inside were very easy and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

I stayed at Cynthia and Glens place for a 8 days and it was really great. They're very accommodating and have amazing instructions for every step of your stay. One aspect that was a bit unfortunate is just that dogs can't relive themselves in the backyard. It was a bit complicated taking both of my dogs across the street to go potty every morning and midday especially when the temperatures got really high and concerning to walk them. However, I do completely understand their reasoning as to why they'd rather not have dogs relieving themselves in their backyard. Other than that small aspect it was a really lovely home and awesome location. It is a shared unit so parking is shared and the communal areas are as well. Something else to keep in mind! Overall I had a great stay there in Campbell which was so close to downtown and many amazing restaurants.

Hanna and Jimmys place was awesome! We came for a girls trip and their Airbnb made our trip even that much more special. The space was in a great location, spacious, and was very clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. :)

The location of the suite is in a nice area close to the Mission hills. Very quiet neighbourhood with attractive homes and gardens.

Bedroom and classic pullout Ikea couch in the living room as advertised. Driveway spot was nice, not sure how easy it is to squeeze past the dryer in the garage though. AC units worked as intended during 85 degree days. The communication was prompt, clearly with some automation being used but there are real people behind the operation. Kitchen well stocked for cooking equipment. Didnt hear the duplex neighbors at all. Would stay again.

Ted was an amazing host. Our flight got in early and Ted was extremely gracious enough to let us drop off our luggages before our check-in time. Thanks so much Ted! Ted's place felt like home- cozy, extremely clean and met our needs. The views of the ocean and cliffside were beautiful. We had everything we needed to make our meals and even more so. Our family of four loved being here! Thanks Ted for a lovely stay in your guest suite!

A lovely little cabin in the rustic Lompico hills just outside of Felton. The open floor plan makes the cabin feel very roomy, and the bright interior, together with lots of natural light, makes the place feel very cheery and welcoming. The property sits on a half-acre of gently sloping land ringed by redwoods, it's gorgeous and peaceful. Our dog loved roaming, sniffing around and playing fetch with the tennis balls left by the host. Getting there is quite easy, just follow the host's directions...the narrow mountain road might seem a little daunting at first, but we got the hang of it quickly. About 5 minutes down the road is the Zayante general store for necessities and Felton proper is about 10 minutes away. Loch Lomond is also about 10 minutes away. Lompico is a beautiful area with a cool history (look it up!) and the perfect place to unwind. Thanks for having us!

Very clean and quiet area.large backyard.Very good washing machine and dryer.Fully equipped kitchen.All 3 beds were comfy.Bree was always quick to answer our messages.When we had a minor problem in the kitchen Bree has sent someone over next day and it was fixed. Highly recommend this house if you are looking for a stay in quiet area(note that it’s quite far from shops and restaurants)

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The place was nice, clean, and cozy. It is located in a calm, peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here, and we truly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect for everything we needed, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities – a definite highlight. There was a few drops of water dripping in the hallway at the bottom of the stairs after after some heavy rain. Julia was informed and took immediate action to address. Overall, we had a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Sean was an amazing host. He was very responsive with time. He also had plenty of local recommendations that were extremely helpful. The place was amazing and very central location.

If you are in need of a place in this area, this is the place to go! Calm, close to a lot of amenities and more importantly a very caring host that goes above and beyond ti accommodate you. This was my second stay, which says about how good my experience was!

Our stay here was amazing, the space was clean, bright with lots of natural light, amazing private backyard. We came with 2 little kids and all had a great time, they provided us a crib which was ready to go when we arrived. They had so much fun playing outside! The hosts really thought about their guests and had so many household essentials available. Thank you!

This stay is absolutely amazing. Comfy bed and furniture. Stocked Kitchen. Steps to the beach. Closet full of beachy things. We had fun flying the kite. Built bonfires just over the dune on the beach. 🏖️ Don’t hesitate to book. This place is it.

Everything was just as described - kitchen was well stocked and had the staples which I appreciated - plenty of coffee too! Beach location was wonderful - 5 out of 5!

Staying for the second time here and it felt home yet again. Hosts were super flexible and responsive. Quite place. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.

I don't even know where to start. The condo is absolutely beautiful. The views were literally breathtaking. The pictures of this place were beautiful but seeing it in person was paradise on earth. You have a panoramic view of the ocean that runs the entire length of the condo. Absolutely gorgeous. Theresa was kind and very helpful with everything. The place was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. I can't say enough good things about this place. My mom and I loved every minute of our stay. I can't wait until I get to go back. Thank you Theresa. My mom and I had the best time. I forgot to add that we really saw whales from living room!!!!!

We had a great stay. The home is lovely and the area is very walkable with lots of restaurants and shops accessible.

During my stay at Joann’s place, I felt safe and very comfortable. The whole home is bright and spotlessly clean, with greenery visible outside the windows. Parking was very convenient, and communication with her was smooth throughout. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing me to cook and enjoy a good glass of red wine. The sofa was cozy and the bed was spacious. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a wonderful place—thank you!
