Apartamento que ocupa la primera planta de un edificio del siglo XIX, rehabilitado por completo respetando la fachada romántica. Decoración actual muy cuidada. Tiene cabida para 4 personas, salón-comedor, cocina aboerta al salón y un baño. Las estancias son muy amplias y especialmente luminosas, al estar situado en esquina dispone de 4 ventanas y balcones en el salón donde entra mucha luz todo el año. La casa es una primera planta sin ascensor con una escalera cómoda de unos 20 escalones.

It has spectacular views, you can see the entire bay of Cádiz... and great sunsets... with nothing in front of you, only the views of the sea... it is very close to the beaches of Conil and Palmar... The area is quite quiet to rest and disconnect from everything...
