Water conditions in the Mar Menor have been challenging in recent years, so our communal pool is the perfect place to cool down from the sun, while still being close to the water. Situated in the Costa Calida there is lots to explore!

Enjoy a waterfront place with an enormous terrace consisting of a beautiful bar, wood burning oven, barbecue, dining table and seating area. Plus there is a bonus roof terrace above the apartment. The views of the Mar Menor are as wonderful as taking a dip in the warm waters or just languishing on the beach directly in front of the house. The house has one bedroom plus a great room consisting of a dining area, fold out couch, 65" TV and fully equipped kitchen.
