L'Ombrière is a beautiful 18th-century residence located 5 km from the medieval city of Sarlat, and is 200 m from the tremendous Château de Montfort , which is also a fascinating village in the Dordogne valley. Beautiful panoramic views of the Dordogne Valley and close to the river and its swimming spots. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Based on the River Lot you have access to the river, the gardens and the surrounding countryside. You can swim, kayak, fish, hike or cycle from the house. The town of Prayssac is a short 5 minute drive away with a cinema, restaurants, Boulangerie and three supermarkets. Surrounded by vineyards you can visit the local vignobles and treat yourself to the Malbec wines of this region. You can also simply relax and admire the views.

It is part of a larger village a few minutes away 'Cénevières', that boasts a stunning medieval chateaux. The house is located in a quiet and wooded area, 3 minutes by car from the village center, dating back to the 13th century and ranked among the most beautiful villages in France.
