Holiday rentals with a patio in Lotbinière

Great apartment with top class appliances and great security. Very quiet for the location and added bonus of a secure parking space. We enjoyed the walk into the city area and Metro supermarkets were within 10 minutes walking distance, either a flat walk to the city area or a more strenuous walk uphill at the end of St Jean street. For those who like a drink, the General is virtually opposite and make you feel really welcome. Tommy was quick to check that everything was okay!

Francois's place was great! It was the perfect home away from home in Quebec for our family of eight. The place was neat, tidy, spacious, and complete with just about everything we needed. It was also walkable from nearby restaurants, parks, and attractions. Francois was super responsive and helpful althroughout our vacation. Will definitely consider booking the place again!

Philippe’s place was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was our first time in this area so took us a bit of time to realize how well it is situated! Walking distance to both Saint Roch (Rue Saint Joseph) area and Rue Saint Jean shops and restaurants plus just a short drive to the Videotron Centre. We travelled by car so having a parking spot on site was super convenient. Philippe was a welcoming, friendly host who responded to our questions in a timely way. Thanks!!

Stayed at Rick's overnight on a spontaneous getaway with my boyfriend. Great food, shops and cafes. Many places to choose for cafe and desserts. Easy to find parking areas in downtown area. Very clean. Hot tub was wonderful and clean. the Pool looked wonderful but we ran out of time to try to the pool. Rick was very responsive and proactive. He made check-in, our stay, and check-out very easy. Would and will be back!

It’s a beautiful place yo stay. You will find a supermarket two minutes away from the place. It’s 8 minutes away from Montmorency Falls and 12 minutes from Old Quebec . Clean and with all the amenities to have a great trip.

le chalet possède tout le nécessaire pour y passer du bon temps: vaisselle en quantité suffisante, outils de cuisine permettant de faire une variété de repas, des jeux de société, une wii, etc. le chalet est situé dans un endroit paisible oú l'on peut entendre le bruit de la rivière. Les hôtes se démarquent de plusieurs airbnb auxquels nous avons été en fournissant le café et des drinks de bienvenue, une touche fort appréciée! Merci encore 😄

This home offered more than just a place to sleep; it provided an experience. The highlight was undoubtedly the sunrise and sunset. Each morning/night the windows framed a breathtaking spectacle of colors, transforming the room into a vibrant canvas. The positioning of the house along the water maximized this natural asset, creating a sense of tranquility and escape. Beyond the view, the apartment was clean and well-equipped. Looking to experience this place again and the beautiful French community that makes the town even more appealing.

Nous avons adoré ce chalet face au lac, c’était tellement agréable d’avoir ce calme après avoir voyagé plusieurs villes. Le logement est juste magnifique, nous étions époustouflés ! Les chambres sont vraiment super ! La salle de bain avec baignoire et douche est super. Le salon est décoré avec goût, super canapé hyper confortable. Il y a même une cheminée électrique qui réchauffe énormément le salon ! Il y a un patio avec moustiquaire ce qui est pratique pour manger dehors sans se faire manger par les moustiques. Par contre il n’y a pas de réseau dans la ville donc pensez à noter le code accès au airbnb pour ne pas être bloqué dehors.

Place was nice but the weather was terrible, so our experience wasn’t as good as it could have been.

Magnifique !! La maison ainsi que l’espace extérieur étaient parfaitement adaptés à nos besoins comme nous voyageons avec nos deux chiens de bergers. La cuisine est bien équipée et confortable pour 4 personnes adultes. Les photos ainsi que la description sont tel que promis. L’hôte est sympathique et rapide à répondre à nos questions. L’accès à la rivière et la proximité des sentiers pédestres sont un plus !! Nous recommandons vivement :)

C’était très bien. Ce serait toutefois une bonne idée de fermer l’appareil qui fabrique la glace …

This was our first stay on the island and staying at Veronique’s home was an absolute dream! Her home is simply stunning, the home itself is beautiful and so is the view! Veronique’s home was a perfect place to stay to explore the island and Quebec City and I would recommend it to anyone that is going to stay on the island. We will definitely be coming back!

Amazing location, super functional, comfortable and clean. 2 min from Videotron centre and 40 min walk to old Quebec using the Riviere St-Charles pathway. 3rd Avenue with top rated restaurants is a 15min walk away. Very friendly neighborhood. The place is super clean, functional, quiet and all is made for a great stay. Beds are super comfy and you can sleep with the windows open as the surroundings are incredibly quiet. Recommend ++

The unit was clean, well-maintained, and matched the description accurately. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions, making check-in smooth. Everything worked as expected. The location is quiet and functional. Overall, a solid and hassle-free stay.

Mathiu's place is super clean and very well-equipped. You have everything you need for cooking, laundry, swimming, BBQ, etc. It's also well-located, about 5 minutes of driving and 22 minutes of walking to Old quebec attractions. Supermarket, pharmacy are just around the corner. But it's right beside a main street, it's a bit noise in early mornings. And there is a homeless center behind the parking building. It will be appreciated if there are some earplugs and shower caps. We've stayed two nights, and all in all it's a pleasant experience, highly recommended!

The place was stunning! Looked exactly like the photos, very clean and spacious! We didn’t have any issues apart from the door lock (not all buttons would light up so it was a challenge to put the code in) and the room downstairs didn’t get much of the AC. Otherwise the location is perfect to explore Quebec City & local hiking trails. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Marc’s condo! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for exploring Quebec City. Marc was an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host, providing clear instructions and helpful reminders throughout our stay. The apartment had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the small details that made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again — highly recommended!

Super appart proche des Chutes. La place de parking juste en face de la porte d’entrée, appart avec ascenceur. L’appart est super agréable et cosy. Il est plutôt grand ce qui était appréciable. Cuisine bien équipée très agréable, la chambre est super jolie et le lit très confortable. Salle de bains nickel, tout l’appart était bien propre. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et je reviendrais avec plaisir si je reviens dans le coin un jour !

This place is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils, so we felt comfortable like we were at home for three weeks. It was nice that there was a golf course nearby, and there were walking trails around the ski resort, so we spent time healing naturally while we were there. The accommodation facilities were clean and nice.
