The accommodation was consistent with the photos and description. The view is great! The path to come is as described, it is a dirt road that needs to be taken gently but easily done. It is a peaceful and relaxing place. You can hear the neighbors a few times, especially the flush that must be stuck to the room but it's only occasionally. I recommend it because it's a nice place and that allows you to unwind. Thanks to Gino and Maria for their welcome and who are always available.

Great place, less than 5 minute walk to the Porto Frailis beach. You can see the beach as soon as you leave the place. Very spacious house, we had our own parking spot, and nice garden at the entrance. Very recommended!

Nice place in super quiet neighbourhood, and at the same time close to the center of the village. Manuela was friendly and responded quickly to our messages. It was also good to have a washing maschine and dishwasher during the stay. We had some challenges with the bed sheets at the beggining but the problem was sorted out quickly. I just wished we had better weather during our stay to enjoy the terrace with the view :).

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment - the checkin with Marta’s aunt was super friendly and helpful, the apartment was very clean and well equipped. We would love to come back and strongly recommend traveling there!

Our family of 5 had an incredible experience staying at Mario's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The property was exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made the stay very comfortable. The location was nice—and in a peaceful area. The space was clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with everything that was listed on the site. The kids specially appreciated the pool table to fill in down time when not out and about. Throughout my stay, Mario was very responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed and offered a book with helpful local tips. It was clear he put a lot of thought into making the experience seamless.

We had a very nice stay in Baunei and having a private garage was very convenient in the small town! It was very easy to communicate with Lidia and she was very helpful if required. Finding the apartment and checking in was made so easy thanks to her! :) Since the apartment is located so close to the city center you can just leave the house by foot if you are looking to get some food or explore the old streets. Definitely a recommendation staying here! :)

Nunzia and her husband were two very helpful and extremely kind hosts, we appreciated the explanations on the use of the areas of the house and the tips to better visit the area. The apartment was exactly as described and amply supplied, including a washing machine with detergent and fabric softener that we greatly appreciated after several days of travel.

Our stay was amazing. It’s so peaceful & relaxing! Barbara & the cleaner Michaela were great with communication & helping us with any questions we had! Apartment was simple but very clean and had everything we needed. Pool & BBQ are communal but you have your own private outside area for eating and washing etc! There were other guests but it felt like we had the place to ourselves! 5 stars all round!

For us it is just the perfect location in spring time Sardegna. Quiet location in the middle of a big Olive Garden. Beautiful surroundings and still all the amenities you need.

we were 7 in the apartment, one of us took the sofa in the entrance. the apartment is well equipped and it is very convenient to have 2 bathrooms. all in all we had a good stay. the only important thing to know is that when the weather is cold (15 grad) and a bit rainy, the apartment is quite humid. the gas to heat the apartment comes in extra cost so that we decided to use it only when we did the laundry so that the clothes could dry. the communication with all4sardinia is super smooth :-)

Very nice and helpful hostess even if we only had written contact. Check-in with clear instructions. Proactive tips. Very nice view of the sea. Simple but functional equipment and furniture. Pool has a nice size. Baby bed was provided. The kitchen is very well equipped. Everything available. Sufficient for a large family, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee machine with capsules, spices, baking paper and much more. A beach can be reached in 3 minutes by car or in 15 minutes on foot. Without a car, however, you are lost. Shopping unfortunately 15 min away by car, but that's not a big problem either. The only negative, for which the hostess is not responsible, is that sometimes the many dogs from the neighbor 50 m away bark for hours without a break when the owner is not at home. Fortunately, this only happened twice in 9 days. Otherwise everything was good 👍

We were very warmly greeted and received by Antonio. The house is in a very quiet location surrounded by vines, just outside of Dorgali. Wonderful for relaxing holidays and highly recommended.

Very great stay with a very nice host! No hidden costs and good services! The house is clean and close to the main street of Tertenia. It is important to note that you share the front porch/parking space with another rented appartment and that the street leading to it is narrow and difficult for a car to drive in.

We stayed in one of the five townhouses (No. 4) at the end of September to mid-October. The houses are located together with a villa on a fenced private property which used to be used for care. The property is partly decorated with palm trees, vines and exotic trees. During our stay we were the only tenants in the enclosure. The furnishings of the house with very clean rooms, with comfortable beds, the fully equipped kitchen and the beautiful terrace leave nothing to be desired. Access to the park-like grounds is done through 2 electric gates for which you get a radio remote control. Michela's care was professional and perfect. She was always available for us and supported us in every way. The gardener gave us a whole staircase of exotic fruits as a welcome... great! We can recommend this townhouse with conviction and may come back in the next few years

The accommodation is extremely gorgeous with beautiful views! It’s very private and remote from bigger cities, so to discover the island and its beaches a car is needed. The rooms, such as bathroom and kitchen were clean and well organised. With the windows open at night and the ventilation on, the rooms were chill. The host of the vintage bungalow is very polite and kind, he also respond fast to questions! I would totally recommend this hostel, to people who loves and enjoys a calm and peaceful atmosphere! The beach can be reached very well and the accommodation includes sun umbrellas! In the morning or evening a cat family often visits the veranda. The cats are very friendly to people. The property is green and also includes much space to park a car. There is also an opportunity to grill food. A 10/10 Stay in the beautiful region of sardegna.

We felt super comfortable in Antonio's accommodation! The apartment is well equipped, the courtyard and the roof terrace are totally beautiful. It was wonderful to wake up every day in front of a mountain panorama. The location is beautiful. Communication with Antonio was also smooth. The place is clearly recommended. Thanks!

We had a great week at the accommodation. It is very nice and large enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The accommodation is located on a quiet street with parking space. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

Perfect location! The almost private beach just across the street, the local beaches a walking distance away.

The host is very quick to respond, can communicate in English, the location of the house is very good, you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes, and there is a large supermarket on the road.The house is also very clean and tidy, there is an air conditioner in each room, you can also barbecue, and the host is very friendly, and also helped us contact the car to and from the airport.Very worth staying!

Gian Franca is from the sweetest persons I have ever met. She was always attentive and caring and always paying attention to if we need anything. She prepared the flat impeccably. It was a pleasure to stay at her place. Super mountain view, and quiet place. Next to one of the main streets of the Village. I felt I was at my own place in Portugal! Warm regares to the family!

Laura was very kind and the apartment was exactly as described and seen in the photo. Very clean, cared for in every detail and super equipped with a dishwasher, air conditioning and a place to spread out! The kitchen is super equipped! A great stay! It was like being at home. If I go back to the area, I'll definitely consider it!

We had a great stay at Paolo’s! They had everything we needed to make food and the apartment was very clean. Easy to walk everywhere and lots of parking around as well.
