Equipped with everything for comfortable rest. Home, terrace and the view that you'll find hard to leave. I suggest to my guests to rent a small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.

L' Appartamento è situato al centro di santa maria navarrese a 100 mt. Dal porticciolo turistico dove da qui in barca si raggiungono le spiagge più belle come cala mariolu, cala luna, cala biriola... In 2 minuti a piedi si raggiungono le spiagge del centro, i ristoranti,bar,pizzerie,farmacia,parco giochi per bambini, bancomat ecc... L appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata in sala e di zanzariere in tutte le finestre compresa la grande vetrata della veranda.

Es war ein sehr toller und angenehmer Aufenthalt bei Michele! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles wie erwartet, es gibt nichts negatives zu sagen! Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos ab, wir durften früh auch 2 Stunden länger bleiben, was sehr nett war! Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung aufjedenfall weiter!!

Hier trifft man auf sehr freundliche, bemühte sowie hilfsbereite Gastgeber 😎👌 Die Verständigung erfolgt mühelos und manchmal recht witzig über "Google Translate" 😅 Parkplätze sind ausreichend direkt bei der Unterkunft vorhanden, zusätzlich findet man auf der sehr breiten Straße vor'm Haus genügend weitere Parkplätze z.B für große Lieferwagen. Es gibt auch 2 bis 3 Stellplätze in einem Schuppen für Motorräder, direkt bei der Unterkunft. Hier hält man es völlig bedenkenlos länger aus 🤗 Fantastische Strände sind in ca 6min Fahrminuten (Auto, Motorrad, Moped) erreichbar. Der Supermarkt ist ca in 4min zu Fuss erreichbar. Eine Eisdiele mit ausgezeichnetem Kaffee, Bier usw. sowie 2 Pizzerien sind in ca 5min zu Fuss erreichbar.

Alloggio semplice ma essenziale, con delizioso patio sulla campagna e vista Baunei. L'accoglienza di Ginevra e le sue indicazioni per la vista al territorio sono impagabili. La spiaggia più vicina, deserta,con una meravigliosa pineta è un vero gioiello. Altrettanto le ostriche della cooperativa pescatori poco distante. Bella la Ogliastra.!!!!

This has been by far the most professional airbnb I've been in so far. Prior to our arrival we received a video in which Alessandro showed us all the specifications of the appartment, how to log in etc. On top of that we got a welcoming book with all the details and a lot of suggestions for trips in the area. During our stay, every time we had a question, Alessandro was there with a quick response. The apartment is wonderfully located, just a 4 minute walk away from the beach, the surrounding is peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed our stay a lot, thank you Alessandro for a great vacation

Sehr schöne gut ausgestattete kleine Wohnung in ganz ruhiger Nachbarschaft in einem sympathischen kleinen Ort mit Charme und quirligem Leben, zu dem auch ein sehr interessantes Bergdorf gehört. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Blick von dem Balkon auf das Gebirge war schön, vom Meer hat man nicht allzu viel gesehen. Die Kommunikation mit Loredana verlief problemlos und schnell. Als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen ist Santa Maria Navarrese ideal und den anderen Orten in der Umgebung eindeutig vorzuziehen.
