The property comprises of an open plan ground floor of kitchen & living area with a small bathroom with shower, the whole room has floor to ceiling views of the lough. There is a LOW CEILING mezzanine floor that is accessed via a LADDER with two futon beds for 2 people.

Relax, BBQ, stroll around, swim/jump off the jetty, use the slipway to launch your boat, jetski, kayak or do a spot of fishing.

Facing out onto Ballyronan’s blue flag beach, the Marina house offers a spacious and family-friendly accommodation in a well-serviced small village. Tollymore Gate Lodge, built in 1802 is tucked inside the Bryansford Gate of Tollymore Forest Park. Derrycaw Cottage

Our cottage is situated on approx 7 acres of land with plenty of wide open space. All of the rooms are spacious and light. We have 2 recreational rooms, the lounge has a real log burning fire with plenty of logs and our dining room has sky lights and a large flat tv. The cottage is situated at the bottom of a long and private drive with parking for 10-12cars. Just 5 minutes drive to the motorway and local amenities. Sorry but we don't allow pets.
