Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Loughman

This was a perfect home-away-from-home vacation spot! Our hosts, Brent and Stephanie, were amazing! They were responsive, helpful, and attentive to our needs as guests. The location is ideal for accessing theme parks and taking a little excursion to the beach. The pool was superb for some downtime at "home," and the house was spotless. My favorite part was the swing in the dining area. It was precious! We made many beautiful memories, and the house, our hosts, and the location were all part of this process. Everything was perfect! House was super clean, close to parks, and nearby Walmart, Publix and other stores. Felt safe in gated community. Miguel always responded quickly. We enjoyed our stay 100%.

From booking to the end of our stay was smooth and easy. Josh was very responsive to all questions. The place was clean and quiet. 10/10 recommend

I had the most amazing time here at Franklin’s place was so attentive and very spacious for my family and I I’ve stay at other Airbnb but this was a great choice and we will definitely be back and if it’s up to me I would love Franklin’s as my host again God bless

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be more grateful for the generous upgrade from an apartment to a beautiful house. Everything was absolutely perfect - from the cleanliness and comfort of the space to the thoughtful touches throughout. The hosts were incredibly communicative and friendly, making us feel very welcome from the start. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Stayed at Marciels Air B&B for my daughter and niece last allstar cheer competitions at the Marriott. He was welcoming especially with me booking last minute lol. It was enough space for all of us including my dog. The pool area and game room was an amazing touch to the home. There was a small ant problem coming from where the grill is into the pool area which we pretty much cleaned it out before getting in. The house is in a good location, lowkey but still in a busy area. I went to my first 711 in years because it was close by. I haven’t been to a 711 since I moved from Cali to Alabama. Will book this home again in the near future.

Anne was a wonderful host, friendly, kind, and caring. Her home was cute and cozy. Bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and well equipped. The grounds were really beautiful, scenic and peaceful. The pool was excellent! We liked it so much we extended our stay! We highly recommend this stay if you want a peaceful, laid back place to relax and unwind.

Luisana and her team we incredible. The pool and gym were super close. And the grounds were beautiful. It was great waking up looking out over the golf course. We had a service request and within minutes she responded and shortly afterwards the issue was resolved. She even sent us a $20 card to Starbucks to apologize. Upon arrival there were snacks and water awaiting us. We had a great stay and we would definitely return again.

Loved everything about the host, location, and ease to get around. Being an older couple it was wonderful to have good parking near the building and the elevator. What really sold me was how pet friendly the place is. Highly recommend to everyone and can't wait to go back next year.

The host was great—very responsive and caring. On our first night, we did not have water, but she made up for it. The place was well-equipped and had everything we could possibly need. It was very peaceful and looked wonderful, making it ideal for a large family.

This is our third time staying at one of Adam’s properties and our second time at this location. The space is exactly as it appears in the photos, extremely clean and cozy. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with the essentials. As a host, Adam is very responsive and wonderful to communicate with.

Maria and Andy were great hosts. Everything was easy, clean and exactly as advertised. I came with my daughter for five days to go to Disney for her first time. She was excited and the condo was the perfect spot to relax and recuperate after a long day. Some of the things that stood out was the ease of check in with electronic locks, the pool, and the fact that the unit had laundry and a full kitchen with appliances to make coffee etc. Thank you for the great stay!

Laura’s place was wonderful for my husband and I. It was our first time to Kissimmee. It is a very short distance from the parks and attractions. It was also close to quality restaurants and convenient gas stations. Laura’s studio was clean and represented what was expected from the photos. This is a very cozy location with pool and hot tub. Laundry and snacks were easily accessible. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the price was in our budget!

Ana was always super responsive, and incredibly flexible and helpful with the apartment's vehicle registration when my flight was delayed past the front office being closed.

Our family had a great stay! Close to Disney and suited our family well. Many restaurants and a Publix super close by. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

The Air BNB was great. Unfortunately we had to deal with alot of traffic thanks to construction. And people in the place above us was stomping all day and night. Obviously the hosts have no control over that. But just be aware there is alot of construction traffic and u might have to deal with people stomping.

5/5 stars! Gerardo was an amazing host, provided detailed instructions upon arrival and departure. They are detailed instructions on how to get tvs to work. Condo was super clean upon arrival. Plenty of parking. Very quiet and safe location. Pool area is very close to the location of the building. Overall amazing place to stay at. Definitely would come back!
