We bought this early 1900s house and have newly remodeled and restored it to its original beauty, along with creative features of uniqueness. The B&B space is upstairs . This space has a full kitchen with amenities for basic cooking. (Stove , refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster.) Relax in the comfy living room for a movie on Netflix. The downstairs is currently unoccupied and the back yard is available for your leisure.

Walking distance to Downtown Lousiville which includes a local brewery and coffee shop. 15 minute drive to Canton. Pet friendly with full privacy fenced in yard. Please pick up after animals we provide doggie bags. We want to keep it at no pet fee but if people can’t pick up it’s subject to change.
