Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Loulé

We had such a wonderful time at Manuel’s place. He was so welcoming and the apartment and pool were gorgeous. So peaceful and located in the heart of the algarve. We explored all along the coast and mountains from Monchique to Ria Da Formosa - which we highly recommended. Thank you!

Just back from a lovely few days staying at Ana Maria and Jorge's cottage, who are such kind and friendly hosts. Well equipped, very comfortable and clean and just what we needed for a peaceful few days resting and exploring the Algarve. Going out and about in a hire car, we especially enjoyed visited historic Silves, swimming in the sea at Portimão and the Sunday church service at São Bartolomeu de Messines Church. Highly recommended!

Die Unterkunft ist ziemlich abseits gelegen, man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Die Leiter zum oberen Bett ist etwas schmal und steil aber wirkt sicher. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft sehr schön und für 2 Personen ausreichend groß. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ana hat auf Fragen sehr schnell und hilfreich reagiert und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

I cannot thank Carmen enough from booking to arriving! We were a group for a hen party and Carmen’s could not have helped more by sending us recommendations for restaurants and also booking taxis. The villa was great and really secure with plenty of room. The pool was great fun and there are plenty of extras that Carmen can sort! If you are looking this the place to book!! Don’t look anywhere else!! Thank you Carmen for everything and I know we will be back!

La maison pour débrayer, dans la simplicite, ressourçante. Elle est très bien équipée en vaisselle, linge de maison, on a l’împression d’arriver chez des amis qui ont tout laissé à disposition. Le grand plus est cette belle plage à 2 pas . C’est juste passé trop vite

Beautiful Airbnb right in the middle of Lagos, but far enough off of the main drag so it’s nice and quiet at night. Easy parking nearby and just steps from the beaches and restaurants. Maggie was communicative and helpful, and check in was very simple. Wonderful experience.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. Conforme à la description, le logement est spacieux, bien équipé et au calme dans un cadre agréable. Bien situé, on se rend à environ 20/30 min aux villes de Faro et Albufeira. Merci à Ana pour son accueil.

Great place to stay. Great host giving us lots of useful tips. Very friendly, exactly as described. Good location for accessing beaches, towns and countryside. a Although you do have to drive everywhere. Would go back tomorrow!!

Great place right on the sand of a beautiful beach, with a short ferry ride into old town Faro. Ideal location.

Era Mar Apartments is a fantastic place to stay in Faro. My husband and I loved how close we were to restaurants and markets. Because of the quality of windows, you wouldn't know you are in the middle of old town Faro. Then, when you want to be outside and soak in the energy, there are three different outside areas to enjoy the sun, coffee and dry your clothes. Tatiana was super helpful with local recommendations, and, specifically an awesome vegan restaurant called Outro Lado. A must-try place if you are plant-based or not. Thanks again to Tatiana for hosting us while we explored the Algarve coast. 🙏

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The absolutely stunning sea view is breathtaking, and the long sandy beach just across the street made it easy to enjoy the seaside every day. The location is fantastic—full of great restaurants and even places to rent bikes, so you can easily explore the beautiful coastline on two wheels. The apartment itself is clean, fresh, and modern, with all the kitchen appliances you need to cook comfortably. The bed is really comfy, and I loved that there were some books and even table games available for relaxing evenings in. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable seaside getaway!

Raquel is one of the most communicative and responsive hosts I’ve ever interacted with on Airbnb. The location of this home is unbelievable. I fell in love with Albufeira from the first few hours i was there, and couldn’t believe how well-situated this place was to all the fun the area has to offer. ACs and most amenities worked well. I’m not sure if it’s a design related to homes in that area, but the open bathroom in the master bedroom, including the shower design, seemed impractical. I needed to rearrange items in that area, and wipe the floor/toilet after every shower. The iron was unusable due to a stain on the ironing surface, and risk of damaging clothes. The washing machine was small and not very effective. We needed to do a lot of loads to clean our clothes, then air dry them, but glad we had a washer! Overall, this is a great place, Raquel’s a great host, and i recommend booking, for anyone visiting Albufeira. Great for 2 ppl, but could accommodate a couple more too. Enjoy!

The appartement was all we could ask for! Fabio made us feel at home. It was an amazing stay! I would greatly recommend it to anyone wishing to enjoy Faro’s old town.

Wir haben zum 2. Mal unseren Urlaub in dieser tollen Strandwohnung verlebt und die Gastfreundschaft von Mark genossen. Die Wohnung liegt für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt: Zum einen liegt dieser wunderbare Praia da Falesia "vor der Tür", zum anderen erreicht man mit dem Auto schnell den Westen und den Osten Portugals, um andere wunderschöne Orte an der Algarve zu entdecken. Bars, Restaurants und Supermärkte liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe und es gibt auch eine hervorragende Cocktailbar mit Tapas, um einen schönen Sommerabend ausklingen zu lassen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Un séjour exceptionnel chez Sandra, L’appartement est magnifique, décoré avec goût et surtout très confortable. Literie impeccable. Salle de douche agréable et spacieuse. Très bien insonorisé. Il est très bien placé dans le centre de Faro et le parking gratuit est 5. 10 minutes à pied, nous y avons toujours trouvé de la place. Merci à Sandra pour toutes les informations et conseils de bons plans. Un vrai coup de cœur.

Ein kleines Stück vom Paradies ❤️ Das Grundstück liegt abseits der kleinen Dörfer, dennoch ist man sehr schnell am Strand, in Faro oder den anderen umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten. An die etwas abenteuerliche Anfahrt zum Grundstück gewöhnt man sich schnell. Sandra und Michiel haben die Apartments so eingerichtet, dass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Es war blitzsauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Obwohl wir die kleinste Einheit hatten, hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt im Außenbereich sehr viele schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten, wo man entspannen und den Abend ausklingen lassen kann. Auch den kleinen Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Zudem haben wir viele hilfreiche Tipps und Ideen für Freizeitaktivitäten bekommen. Man merkt, dass den Gastgebern das Wohl ihrer Mieter am Herzen liegt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt 🙏.

Have stayed at this accommodation before - modern, clean & very well equipped - in a quiet development that is easy to find & suited our trip (golf) The marina is nearby where there are countless good & varied bars & restaurants to try. If you want somewhere quiet but with lots of life within 10 mins then this is a good Algarve location - great base to explore a selection of high level golf courses. A great host & no doubt will stay again.

Coup de coeur du séjour, appartement tres propre, une super belle terrasse avec vue sur l'océan. La plage est de l'autre coté de la rue, je vous le recommande vivement

Fabulous location! Beach, amazing boardwalk, and town very near, just lots of stairs! But that is beautiful Portugal! Views from porch were fantastic; everything you needed was in the kitchen and it was a very welcoming place. We didn’t use the pool, but it is a good size and well maintained. Master shower is a bit tight, but a big beautiful bath is 5 steps away, so really no big deal. I would definitely book here again if the opportunity arises!

Natalia tuvo un trato exquisito con nosotros, incluso antes de nuestra llegada, y eso que reservamos tan sólo 24 horas antes. Respondió rápido a las dudas que me surgieron antes de acabar la reserva, y eso lo agradecí mucho. Nos dió facilidad en la hora de llegada,y nos envió las instrucciones de como hacer el check-in, y aún así tuvimos que llamarla y nos atendió con muchísima amabilidad. El alojamiento a nuestra llegada lo encontramos equipado tal como esperábamos, limpio y allí en el salón tienes un cesto con un montón de recomendaciones tanto de gastronomía, como de experiencias. La urbanización es súper tranquila, la piscina es espectacular. Tan solo hemos estado un fin de semana,pero nos venimos encantados, será otro de esos alojamientos que guardaremos por si la vida nos permite volver,seguro que nos alojaríamos se nuevo aquí. We had a fantastic week in Elisa’s apartment, the view is beautiful! So lovely to see and hear the sea everyday. It’s a short walk into town with lots of great bars and restaurants, we also easily got parked nearby. Elisa was a great host, very responsive and I recommend reading her blog with loads of great recommendations for exploring the algarve. Thank you Elisa!

Rosa’s place was great and exactly as described. Very short distance to beach and town (~15 min). She had recommendations which we appreciated. Check-in was easy. The place was as described and Rosa was super communicative. We encountered some issues after checkin and Rosa handled them immediately, which was so appreciated!! The place was super clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for an amazing stay, Rosa!

Miguel was so great to work with. We had a tired and hot kids, and I did not read the directions for entry. Host was so helpful getting us in. Property was so beautiful, and area has so much to explore, as well as live music. Read the directions for entry, much easier to work through if you do that before you arrive. The tech of the building is so cool, as well as the layout of the condo. Would definitely return here. They had some great kids toys and the pool was perfect.
