Maison Mandavi Guest Studio in Entre-deux-Mers

25m2 guest studio in the heart of the between two seas, in a natural and protected forest area, 20 minutes from Bordeaux train station, 30 minutes from Saint Emilion and 1 hour from the ocean. Our house is entirely built of wood, the cladding is made of burnt wood also called Shou sugi ban, which comes from a technique of natural protection of wood of Japanese origin. We are sensitive to environmental issues, so we have imagined it as resilient as possible.

We welcome you to our 20 m² air-conditioned cottage comprising a large bright living room with kitchen, shower room and terrace. It has a separate entrance. It is located in a quiet and green area in the heart of the Entre de Mers vineyards and halfway between Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion. This cottage would be perfect for a student or someone coming to work in the area.

Nice apartment, on the 1st, in the center of Sadirac

You will find my personal apartment (my place of residence) of 50 m², on the 1st (only floor) with its balcony "pleasant view" and 25 minutes from the right bank ring road (Floirac). You will find a beautiful shaded bike path towards Sauveterre or Bordeaux. I provide blankets, sheets, pillows and bath mat. Bath products and towels are not provided.
