It is a comfortable cottage, just 20 meters from the sea, located on the provincial, coastal road between Lygia and Vrachos. It stands out for its endless view of the Ionian Sea. On the left you can see Lefkada, while directly opposite Paxoi-Antipaxos. Absolute calm prevails, which is only shaken by the splashes of the waves. At 100 meters there is access to a beach for swimming, while it is surrounded by a multitude of beaches with the most secular one of Loutsa.

The apartment features a large double bed, a sofa bed (sleeping area 130*190 cm), and a fully equipped kitchen. The seaside area of Pantokratoras is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Preveza, with a lovely beach right below the apartment, as well as several others within less than 1 km. It can also be combined with the Ionian Blue Apartment.

Dimitri's Seaview Studio - Lakka Paxos

The studio is located in the village of Lakka in the northern part of Paxos Island. Lakka is a small picturesque port 2 mins away. There are also two wonderful beaches about 5 mins on foot. In 2-3 mins on foot you can find taverns, cafes, tourist shops, super / mini market, ATM etc. Guests will need to climb about 25 steps to reach the apartment. For this reason it is not recommended for people with mobility issues.
