We really like our stay! The house is spacious, well equipped, with comfortable bedding and the jacuzzi is great, with a very beautiful view. Lívia and Ítalo provide games, books, TV and fast internet, which made the stay even more pleasant. Lepe and Peralta were super companions, although sometimes we had to educate them not to climb on the sofas, we loved their presence. Communication with Livia was excellent from start to finish! We had a problem with loud music from the neighbors on our first night and she quickly resolved it, always attentive and available. As points of attention, the access street is paved, but very steep. In the outdoor areas, you can hear the noise of the highway, and on one of the nights, there was a party at Laroc and we could hear the sound, very low, but inside the house. Nothing that hindered the experience, but I think it's worth mentioning. Overall, the stay was great and the house met our expectations. We recommend it!

Casa de Pedra is in a privileged location! Inside a very organized condominium with preserved vegetation. The house itself is a spectacle in itself because of a huge rock that dominates the scenery. Highlight for leisure items - swimming pool, hot tub and sauna and kitchen with large countertop and appliances (appliances, dishes and cutlery). A beautiful house that welcomes its guests!

We had an excellent experience at this farm! The place is even more beautiful than in the photos — well maintained, clean and with everything working perfectly. The outdoor area is spacious, ideal for gathering friends or family, and the pool was one of the highlights. The hosts were attentive, responded quickly and prepared everything with care. The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are comfortable and the whole atmosphere conveys peace and privacy. We will definitely return and recommend it to those looking for a quiet, organized and complete place to enjoy quality.

Priscila was otima, was super flexible at checkin and checkout, super quiet place, sensational outdoor area for the children (they loved the wooden house and the playground ) the pool was very good, air-conditioned water, a delight. The children loved the horses and the attention Enzo gave was far beyond expectation. We will return at a next opportunity.

A paradise in Itatiba!! The house is a charm, simple and cozy, with leisure options for children and being able to create affective memories! It is worth hosting calmly to walk the farm, take beautiful photos, know the family history and buy fresh organic produce! For those who relax, highly recommend!!

The accommodations are excellent and the place is even better than the one described in the listing (for example, there are ceiling fans in all the rooms). The homeroom Herculis is thoughtful and helpful. Contact with the Host was very easy and has always been helpful. My only complaint gets in the way after entering the property, in case it was raining, I find it unlikely that a car without traction on the four axles can move to the site premises without problems (which are about 5 minutes by car from the entrance to the property). I think it is important to highlight this as it could have been a disturbance in case of rain. Overall, the Sítio do Sabiá is excellent, would return again without a doubt.

The property was extremely clean, including the pool. The place is much larger than in the pictures. Large and comfortable room, as well as all other spaces in the farm. Comfortable furniture. Full kitchen. Convenience, fuel station, pharmacy, supermarket etc., very close by. The hostess is extremely polite and proactive. Great for pets. We'll be back for sure!

We very much like the accommodation, many environments, a great lawn and tbm pool, big house, with good structure, Lia is a great person who always stayed on the support when I needed it. Indico for those who want to escape the madness of the city and enjoy a while watching nature.

Excellent space, perfectly accommodated 16 people. Perfect, large and beautiful leisure area. It rained and the internal area was able to accommodate everyone, without tightening. There were people playing video game (not from the house), playing cards, and others talking in the dining room, without one getting in the way of the other. The space is huge. The table is very large. I celebrated my birthday and the furniture buffet is perfect for decoration, staying on a wall that serves as a beautiful photo background. The house is already beautiful in the photos, in person it is even more. My family loved it and only praised it. Neimar is an excellent host, very attentive and kind. Location near downtown, super close to Campinas - about 17 to 20 minutes away (where my family came from). We want to go back already. I highly recommend.

João Ricardo's property is just fantastic! Large space with several rooms and environments, including, it is as if in each environment you are in a different property; extremely welcoming! The contact with nature so close to large centers is real and it was very, very cool! The service and support of João Ricardo and the housekeeper of the property were impeccable! Ah... and bonuses that were the two super friendly super dogs 🐶🤣 I highly recommend it!

The Fazenda is beautiful with a lot of space, convenience and very quiet. The location is also very good as it is close to the city. We went with kids and pets and everyone enjoyed a lot! We had the help of Grazie and Márcia that were great. Mantiver had everything very clean and tidy, as well as helping with the food. I am grateful to Erika who always responded promptly and assisted us with all the information and requests. We highly recommend the Fazenda and we intend to return!
