House holiday rentals in Lovers Leap

We traveled to North Carolina for our son’s graduation and needed a place large enough to host our crew. We found Eli’s house and it was perfect. Check in was extremely easy, Eli sent the instructions in a timely manner. Once we arrived the house was beautiful, and had plenty of room for all of us. We were able to find pretty much everything we needed while we were there. The pool, and table games helped keep the kids entertained in between family events for my son. The house was perfectly located close enough to the lake for us to enjoy. The host was incredible even after check out. I had accidentally left a pair of sunglasses and a hat and Eli was quick to offer to send them to me. I loved how responsive he was and just as kind as can be. We will definitely be staying here again

I couldn’t have asked for a better weekend getaway! Ruth’s place in Galax was the perfect escape after a hectic end to the school year. The home was peaceful, spotless, and beautifully maintained—exactly what I needed to relax and recharge. Ruth was a thoughtful and responsive host, and everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. The quiet surroundings and small-town charm made it even more special. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

This place was a gem. The views were absolutely stunning—whether it was sunrise with coffee or winding down in the evening, the scenery never got old. Inside, it felt like home from the moment I walked in. Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together with everything I needed. You can tell the host really cares about creating a welcoming space. That’s why we’ve rented this place in the past as well.

The property was perfect to accommodate family from out of town for a weekend nevent nearby. The house was comfortable with plenty of amenities to feel right at home. The hot tub and pool were relaxing at the end of the day. The host was friendly, flexible and responsive.

We had a great time staying at Dwayne’s place! Beautiful views of the lake in the evenings and plenty of golf courses within a 30 minute radius. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful, quiet location with lots of amenities. We had an issue with the lock, but it was addressed very quickly and professionally. Great stay - fall colors in the trees were gorgeous, but with the pool, it'd be a great place to stay in the summer.

Great place, very large, very eclectic and so many outdoor options. Just a few min from trails and restaurants. Hosts were amazing and very communicative.

INVITING!! This home was absolutely beautiful. There were so many unique touches that sparked conversation and made the experience memorable. YES! I’m holding back but it’s a lot of stunning conversational pieces. My daughter graduated from NC A&T and Ms.Ryan was amazing, kind, responsive, super friendly and so welcoming. She went the extra mile to accommodate my guest for a dinner party. She even had the tablecloth with the school colors laid out. Which made it extra special. This was my 1st time using Airbnb and OMG!! Ms. Ryan I couldn’t have asked for a better host. From the bottom of my heart I Appreciate everything you have done. Thank you. I Highly Recommend!!

First and foremost, Thank you, Tracey for being so quick to respond to all my messages and for being an amazing hostess! The house was adorable and cozy, with all the extras to make it feel like home. The real star though, is how beautiful, peaceful and relaxing it is there. it was the perfect space for our graduation vacation! We will definitely consider staying again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful mountain house. The views are amazing, and Berit did a great job giving very clear instructions on how to navigate the mountain on the way up. She made sure ahead of time that we had vehicles suitable for the drive which was very appreciated. She checked in with us throughout the weekend just to make sure there was nothing we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of towels/blankets available, and overall was just a wonderful stay. There is a winery, Chateau Morrisette, which was only about 15 minutes away that was really fun to visit, and Floyd is a very cute, friendly town. I would definitely stay here again. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and attention to details hardly describes how fabulous this little cabin is. There was absolutely nothing you could want or need that wasn’t already there for your use. Although I didn’t have a dog, it’s a doggy heaven with fenced yard, dog bowls, scooper and bags and a doggy door. The back porch had curtains to shield the afternoon sun and a fire pit. The large kitchen was stocked with chips and dip, and Kelli already had water in the coffee pot when we arrived. And had made up the day bed for sleeping for us. I would give 10 stars if I could. Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. And best and informative communication with the host made for a very pleasant experience. Next time I pass that way I’ll stay longer.

Thx for great hospitality Rosalie and Chris! We had all meals outside and the kids ended up playing outside and exploring nature uninterrupted for our entire stay (what more can you ask for?) and we had some incredible wildlife experiences at dusk&dawn with all the animals coming out👌😊

This great place is historic and beautiful and the country setting is like heaven! The photos don’t do it justice. We were there in May for a family wedding in the area and it was so green and beautiful with wildflowers, vines and beautiful farm animals in the fields all around. The home itself has everything for a comfortable stay including comfortable beds, plenty of hot water and washer/dryer. Will definitely stay again!

This was our team’s third stay, and it continues to feel like a home away from home. The technicians really appreciate the comfortable, clean space and thoughtful touches that make working out of town much easier. Thanks again for everything!

This place is awesome! It rained most of the time we were there, but with all the amenities there was plenty for us to do around the house. The dock is awesome, and it’s on a nice, quiet, spot on the lake. We hope to be back in the future!

We wanted a quiet and peaceful Airbnb with a phenomenal view and we found it here at Autumn's Cozy Cottage! One of the best airbnbs we've ever stayed at! Absolutely charming, yet spacious, with a view better than we hoped for...looks JUST like the photos! Wifi and phone signal were a little challenging at times but it did work and we didn't care because the place was better than we hoped for. Will definitely go back! Thanks Autumn!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Chief on the 3rd. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. We loved it so much that we are planning to stay there again.....Our home away from home. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. 5 Star Review on everything.

The "little blue house" was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. It was a very clean home with no extra clutter! We enjoyed everything about it......comfortable beds, nice linens, quiet neighborhood. The whole place was beautiful!

We were looking for a peaceful retreat and found it at Anthony’s former school house. The back porch with the weather we enjoyed was heavenly. While not a brand new home with all its bells and whistles, it was nostalgic, clean, and met all our needs and expectations. Thank you, Anthony!

The property and its location is something my wife, Tanya & I wanted to experience :) the beautiful Alpine Drive house, away from everyone and everything with full 180 degree view of the forest and mountains felt like we’re living in a postcard! The house is quite creative and well equipped with everything you can think of, including board games and two floor patio + views! It was just the 2 of us experiencing the luxury of the full house but highly recommend for families & their kids too! Just make sure you correctly follow the driving instructions and you’ll be fine. We hope to visit again in spring/summer and thank you again, Camille for having us.

Beautiful place, I wish checkout was a bit more flexible but really enjoyed the view and had everything we needed. Host was nice and very responsive.
