The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Apartment Swedish Charm is situated on a lakeside property with access to our dock, paddle boards, sauna, the canoe, and other outdoor activities. Newly renovated (2026) using inspiration from classic Swedish interiors, both antique and modern. It is an independent unit but is part of our home. The bus stop is 200 meters away . Follow us as we continue to improve the apartment and add new photos! Please note I did not raise fees. Airbnb adjusted my prices to include their 15% service fee.

En kort promenad från huset finns naturreservatet vinterskogen med en upplyst motionslinga, utegym, vandringsleder och en mysig badplats. Sjön Uttran är en avlång sjö som sommartid inbjuder till bad, fiske eller kanske bara en mysig båttur. Vintertid kan man vissa perioder ta en promenad, åka skridskor på isen eller varför inte ett uppfriskade bad i en isvak.
