City bus system close by, St Charles Streetcar within walking distance and only $7-$9 by Uber or Lyft into the center of the city. Parking outside right in front of the house. (Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). Legally licensed vacation rental has 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths 1 half bath, dining room and kitchen den combo. Large third floor balcony overlooking the garden district. This unit has all the amenities that you would find in your own home including a washer dryer ironing board and iron. The trolley is one block away and Magazine Street is 3 short blocks. Lots of room to relax and visit with family and friends, large island in the kitchen with sofa and counter chairs.
