“Nicola was a friendly and thoughtful host that went above and beyond for us! The accommodation was in a great location; walking distance to shops/restaurants/supermarkets in Petone, yet still easy access to the city centre. Beautifully decorated and clean, this place had a full kitchen and everything that we needed for our stay including towels, bedding, soap, essential food items etc. Thank you Nicola for hosting us, we hope to stay again!”

This is a recently renovated, converted self contained fully furnished private studio. We are centrally located in the heart of petone, 3 houses down from the beach, a short walk to WelTec, Jackson Street shops, Cafes & Bars and Train stations and bus stops. It comes complete with a Bathroom with a Shower and Toilet, Kitchenette, WIFI, Queen Bed, TV and Couch as well as full kitchen amenities, towel and linen
“A lovely private space with you everything you need to enjoy breakfast and a hot beverage at home before heading out to Petone Beach. There's a good table provided, making it suitable for work, or just for relaxing with food. The hosts are very prompt with responses and are thoughtful and considerate. Do be aware that the floor is concrete though, so it can feel a bit cold in winter, but they do provide slippers and a heater. I'd definitely stay there again in summertime as it would be amazing at that time.”
